Is this jacket warm enough for cold weather? It's a lightweight layering piece, not an insulated winter coat. Blocks wind well on its own in mild weather (45–65°F). For colder days, layer a hoodie or thermal underneath the smooth lining, making layering easy. Will the jacket color look exactly like the listing photos? How do I care for lambskin leather to keep it lasting? Avoid heavy rain, store on a padded hanger in a closet. Dry clean only. Apply a leather conditioner every6 months to keep it soft. How can I tell this is real leather and not faux? This is 100% genuine lambskin. Real lambskin has natural grain, a leather scent, and softens with wear; faux feels stiff and plastic. Slight texture variations between jackets are a sign of authenticity, not a defect.

The jacket was delivered quickly. Someone must have read the previously reviewed packaging complaints because this jacket was folded nicely inside a box within another box. My first impression is that it looks nice and they didn't get carried away with the distressed treatment. Looks just like the picture. It's very soft and plyable. Once the creases disappear, it doesn't need to be broken in. The leather is on the thinner side, with no insulation, and the jacket seems very light weight which makes it easy to wear and have along. I'm 5'-8", 180 and the large is snug. Like borderline too snug. The arms are tight with a sweatshirt on, which is ok with me cause I got it for motorcycle riding. If you want a roomier fit adjust your sizing. It's a handsome jacket tastefully executed, and just what I hoped it would be. ... show more

Even tho it was late it showed up Christmas eve si thank you for that , it is a beautiful jacket and my husband loves it , I little tight in the arms but my husband has boulders , but 2xl is a good fit . Thanx for the effort on getting it before Christmas!!!!

This is a well cut, attractive jacket. I am 5'10" (250), and it is a perfect fit. I can zip it fully, and it is very comfortable. I have a 42 waist and 48 chest, and this is a great fit for me. Would certainly buy again, especially with how much higher quality it is over the blue leather jacket I bought last year. Even though I bought the same size - 2X, it is a much better fit. Fits a bit small for the size. I'm 5'8" and 180 lbs and medium was a bit snug, but it's almost perfect for me. It looks nice and is comfortable. It's not very warm, but it does stop the wind well, being leather. Hopefully it'll hold up well.

Very impressed with this jacket. As a bodybuilder (full natty), I've always had a hard time finding a leather jacket that fits me. I would usually need to order XXXL (3XL) to fit my wide shoulders and chest, but then the arms would end up being too long. I have normal length arms for my height of 6', and usually take a 34" sleeve with most brands. However most brands of XXXL sizes would run sleeves at 35" to 36" and that would be just too long. Half my hand would be covered with a 35-36" sleeve. So I always had to order XXL to fit my arms. And then I run into the problem of having it tight around my shoulders and biceps. Thankfully that wasn't the case with this jacket. The XXL size I ordered fits near perfectly. It's a little snug in the arms, but that should be expected with 19" biceps. After a few wearing the jacket stretched out a little in the bicep area and now it fits me perfectly. And best of all, the sleeves also fit perfectly because I ordered the XXL. So if you're built like me and have a hard time finding a leather jacket with the proper sleeve length without being too tight in the chest, arms and delt. I think this jacket might work for you. Of course, unless your some roid head over 280lbs with 21" guns. I'm 6', 230lbs with a muscular built and a 32" waist. The XXL fits me perfectly after a few wearings. So if it's a little snug at first, you can expect a nice tailored fit after it stretches. I love this jacket! ... show more

I'm currently wearing it in. Crunching it up and sitting on it to give the jacket a well-worn look that a lot of more expensive coats have. I believe they call it a "distressed" look. I like to call it "broken in" and comfortable. Also, while doing this to this jacket the smell of leather is starting to radiate from the coat. I'm happy. Soon it will look like a $500 dollar coat not to mention actually making it more soft and supple. Don't get me wrong, there was nothing wrong with the Jacket but it needed a worn look to it. It's a great value for the money spent. Fits well and is comfortable and soon will look like my London Fog Jacket. (With 10 years of wear on it) ... show more

it's a fine leather jacket but I had to return it just now because of size. It was too big for this style which should fit more snug so I should've ordered a size smaller at least. You really need to try on close prior to buying and this came off looking like Elvis meets MJ on me which wasn't what I wanted and it is too bright white not off white etc. It is well made and the features/zippers were nice and the snap at the collar. ... show more
