The fixed focus laser makes positioning it much much easier. I suspect the little stock laser was never properly focused and left a lot of scorches. This one, with the included height block is a snap to arrange and it works with the air assist module available elsewhere.

Well, I got my order and right away noticed a few odd things, but decided to give it a go anyway. Well, it 'worked' to engrave, but despite changing various settings it would not CUT!!! after wasting so much material and time I reached out to the seller and sent photos and explanations. They sent me a replacement right away and WOW! Immediate differences from the moment I opened the box, to when I fired it up. Very pleased with their customer service and the replacement!

I have not receivedany responce yet about this request ???????? I Ordered on January 26, 2023 Order# ......... thru Amazon the 20W laser with a Masseur Pro and the Rotary tool. It does seems the Laser is defective as it shows on your video # 2. I get the power on the wires and all seems fine but the head is not responding as it should. I have attempted to review every setting but it does not works as it should. Seems as if the power output is erratic, sometimes is one and others is other. It will not cut at 100 speed/100 power. Or any other setting I set up, even tried 50/100 and it just scratched the surface, the engraving is very light. I set S at 10000 and machine at 10000, no changes, set S at 1000 and machine at 1000 but still the same. I have worked to get it to work almost since the day I opened it. The massetur pro cnc is working fine but the laser module is not. I have not tired the rotary since I can not get the laser to work, why try if I can not engrave on anything. Thanks PS: Yes I have verified I have the box switch in the proper location when I switch between CNC and Laser.

The price for this is crazy, if you open one of these up there is hardly anything in it. The diodes are 25$ The glass is like 2$ ( 30$ a bag ) Eveything is epoxied into place ( no real mounting solution ) The heat sink is mass produced and costs about 5$ There is no reason for this to be over 100$ tbh in 2026. The product is cheap, you can literally buikd this yourself with a small CNC and like a few days of research. Its also 5w output...I got a 10w output for less than 70$ 😄 this is ridiculous and is quite telling about the brand itself. Cant recommend the product or the brand really

My Foxalien Pro will no longer cut 3mm softwood only after 6 to 7 months. Then the laser lens cracked. I'll never buy a Foxalien product ever again. Nearly a 650 dollar model.
