Seems to do fine, it's gone through about 700' of spruce making ⅜" deep slots and it's still sharp, no deformities, no chips doesn't seem to get too hot or anything. 4/5 stars because the cut could stand to be slightly cleaner but overall it beats the cheap warrior bits from harbor freight in strides and for the price needing to clean off a splinter here or there is not a huge inconvenience ... show more

Had a project that required 23/32 bit and this was a great price. Already completed a number of cuts and this bit is working perfectly. Prefer the 1/2 inch shanks as they seem to stay more stable.
