  • 1/8 Inch CNC Bits: Shank Diameter: 3.175mm / 1/8"; Cutting Diameter: 1.0mm / 0.04"; Cutting Length: 6mm / 0.24"; Overall Length: 38mm / 1.5"; Number of Flutes: 2 Flutes
  • Wide Applications: CNC router bits are suitable for Acrylic, PVC, Wood, Nylon, Resin, ABS, MDF, Plywood, Hardwood. Good for 2D sculpturing, cutting, engraving, slotting, milling, etc. Works with milling and engraving machines.
  • Spiral & Sharp Router Bits: Large chip space design for fast and clean chip removal. Spiral sharp cutting edges provide smooth cuts and no burrs for increased efficiency, not easy to stick, precision ground.
  • Carbide End Mills: Tungsten carbide has good wear resistance, high strength and resistance to cutting temperatures. Carbide can run at higher speed than high-speed steel. Chamfered shank for ease of use
  • Tips: Upcut milling bits can direct chips up and away from the milling area, leaving an unobstructed path to prevent tool breakage and extends the tool life. Properly reduce the cutting speed and feed rate to prolong the service life.

  • Good value bit
Size: 2.0mm x 15mm
These worked well, good value for the money.

  • Look good
Size: 2.0mm x 8mm
I ordered the 2mm bits, they are cleanly machined and polished, have a faint rainbow sheen. Feel dense enough to be carbide

  • Great Little Cutters
Size: 1.5mm x 8mm
These worked great for my CNC project, and cut cast plexiglass fantastically. The tiny diameter means you may break a bit or two, but that's why you buy a pack of 5!

  • Can use for aluminum
Size: 1.0mm x 6mm
If you are very careful. I'm side milling 4mm deep slots at 10,000 RPM. I'm going pretty slow with manyu passes - 0.05mm DOC at 1mm/min. I can probably go faster but I only needed to do two slots. Use lube like WD40!

  • Actually surprised they are pretty good.
Size: 1.0mm x 6mm
I ran crazy slow feeds and it survived 2.5 hours cutting 6061 aluminum first try without breaking one. Went all the way down to 6mm. 4200rpm 2.5ipm I think it was about 0.0003 fpt 0.04 doc Make sure you have a good spindle with no runout, accurate machine and LOTS of patience. Sometimes just getting the job done is more important than speed. ... show more

  • Great Little Bits!
Size: 1.5mm x 8mm
I use these in my Genmitsu PROVer XL 4030 CNC machine with a Dewalt 610 spindle. With my new spindle, I am able to cut out the project I use these bits for in half the time. Time saved is money made. I couldn't be happier with them. It's a good thing they come in a pack of 5. I have been known to snap one here and there, not the bits fault. ... show more

  • Two flutes, up-cut, worked well.
Size: 1.0mm x 4mm
Two flutes up-cut. Worked well with no issues. The cutting length is reasonable, which helps to not snap them off so easily, like the ones with the crazy long spiral cutters. Would buy again.

  • You get EXACTLY what you paid for, cheap end mills.
Size: 2.0mm x 12mm
Well, they don’t cut even soft metals without exploding. Oddly enough, they all broke in the exact same place. So maybe it’s a design flaw or poor QC. My Kyocera end mills work great, but they aren’t cheap. Worth the price I guess.
