These arrived on 4 packages - the stand in one, the 25lb weights in one (this package was torn but the weights were fine), the 20lb weights in another (this package was also torn but weights were fine) and the 15lb, 10lb, and 5lb together in the remaining. The weights are perfect! Many mentioned being oily but mine really aren't. The stand perhaps has a scent so I will wipe it down. There were no specific instructions to buildnthe stand but it was easy enough to figure out. There was also a mat for the stand included, it could be a little wider to fit the stand but it is square and slightly smaller than the stand but nice for it to be included. ... show more

These dumbbells are as designed and the knurling on the grips is nice and deep. The rubber coated ends are nice to help prevent floor damage in places where that's an issue.
