  • definitely came in clutch

I never need to go to the gym because I have it everything I need here

  • Wrong advertising and Misleading Pictures
Color: Black/Red Size: Part Only: Box #3/4/5
I originally bought Fitbit 750 ; my understanding adding from the advertisement is: fitvid 750 + boxes 3,4, and 5 converts the system to fitvid 900. If one buys box 6&7 in addition, then it becomes fitvid 950. But what I received is just three boxes of weight. So these are the three boxes in the long box. And these are the contents. I don’t know how one can go from 750 t 900 with just weights. I am reluctant to drag them to the car and return them because w really need the attachments. If the weights are part of the new order, I will keep them, and wait for the rest. Look at the last picture, which is what was advertised. So something or someone is not right. If all they selling are weights, they should simply call it that instead of boxes 3,4, &5. I stand to be corrected ... show more

  • Came complete, early and with a bag of spare bolts!
Color: Black/Red Size: Part Only: Box #1
I was a little concerned from the fair amount of reviews that said theirs came missing parts and nuts and bolts. Maybe the company took the negative reviews to heart. Someone said they didn't like how you had to open up all 5 the boxes before you can start putting it together and another said they didn't like how the instructions where just pictures of where the parts go with no description. Both of those are true. But for me it was no big deal opening all the boxes first, organizing and tossing the packaging and laying out the parts nice and organized. Then I went to the steps in the book. The pictures were so easy to read my kid could have put it together. It only took me 3 1/2 hours to put together alone. All the nuts, bolts and washers were sealed in separate packaging for each step and labeled; Step 1, Step 2, etc. It's really solid with no creaking when using it. The tubing used is really solid and there are all kinds of muscle groups you can work out with it. For the price it's almost all you need. I got a separate elliptical machine for warmups then onto the universal gym. This machine is worth the price, most equipment that does the same thing is twice the price. I'd recommend it. ... show more

  • Signature Fitness Gym M750 = Surprisingly Fantastic Gym M750!
Color: Black/Red Size: Part Only: Box #1
I love this M750 Signature Fitness Home Gym! Everything worked (is working) like a charm. While I know some found it “challenging” to assemble, I used the “shortest distance between two points” perspective to put everything together to accomplish the task: The step-by-step assembly video on Amazon’s product page (shown as Fitvids LX750). The video actually served as my guide for 99% (really 100%) of the assembly process. I only looked in the user manual a couple of times to verify rubber/plastic parts not shown during the assembly. The whole process (with minor breaks) took me about 4 to 5 hours to assemble. In the end, the gym came with all its parts, works wonderfully well, and is a cost-effective replacement for the Body-Solid gym I had for about 16 years. Approximate dimensions: 70” inches high (back) weight stack, 78” inches high (front) lat pulldown, 42” inches wide, 62” inches in length (back to front). ... show more

  • Note much help , wrong part sent
Color: Black/Red Size: Part Only: Box #1
The product looks good, unfortunately after I inventoried everything before I put it together and I thought everything was there and checked it off. I then started to put equipment together, after I had all the frame together and started putting the pulleys on when I open d the bag with the threaded end there was wrong . I called Amazon who said it was a vendor issue and contact the vendor they also credited $30 towards my account. When I contacted fitvids they said Amazon deals with first 30-60 days, I let them know I justo needed a cable and didn’t want to take it all apart walk it back up from the basement. Which Amazon would give a full refund. All I wanted was the threaded cable which neither one could help me with. I let the vendor know I would pay for it and they wouldn’t even give me the size or acknowledge any email after the first one . customer service was nonexistent, I ended up paying for one and luckily it fit. I won’t ever order from fitvid again. Very disappointed in both fitvid and Amazon having to deal with it myself . ... show more

  • Very Well-Built Home Gym
Color: Black/Red Size: Part Only: Box #1
Just finished final assembly of the 750 full set. I will write an update after a few months using this. Just a couple of observations for those interested: 1.) if you get the full set. 750, it arrives in three separate boxes each weighing near 100 lb or more. The first workout is getting it into your house or garage. I recommend a hand truck or a couple of strong friends 2.) as shown in the images above, the build quality is very good. The welding joints for the metal box beams is full length. All the tubes and box beams are strong and not flimsy. All the parts are powder coated either red or black matte, 3.) Assembly could be a challenge for someone not adept with tools/parts. Think of a giant erector set. You'll have to open up all three boxes to get the parts you need if you follow the pictorial sequence found in the manual. The included nuts and bolts were of medium quality. However, they did provide an extra parts bag in case something was missing on the main sets. Each step is associated with a vacuum packed set of hardware that goes with the pictorial guide. Some tools are included since the bolts use a hex wrench and a 17 mm lock nut on the other end. Use your own 17 mm wrench if you have one, 4.) Assembly is straightforward with only two errors I found in the pictorial guide. I'd say it took me 4 hours total to assemble. The trickiest part of assembly is the routing of the cables and pulley system. They are all interconnected so look at the diagrams carefully and be ready to remove and it reinstall cable pulleys. I made several mistakes along the way with routing and had to redo. Once you see how it works then you get how the pulley system goes together., 5.) The padded seats/ arm rest are of medium quality but they could be replaced if they wear or break. My only concern in the build is the lay the lower cable pole used for rowing or curls. They should have included another pulley at that point (see picture above). Since I'm pretty handy, I'll probably figure a way to add another pulley at that location to facilitate smoother action. Bottom line: I think it's a good buy, saves me from driving way downtown from our rural location. The build quality is good, very good. There are a lot of exercises that can be accomplished even for someone like me... 6'2 280 lbs 64yrs young. ... show more
