Definitely recommend. Makes you sweat more under a shirt or sweater when running. It doesn’t do anything if you just wear it and expect to sweat. The velcro is great quality and will hold up 100% staying wrapped. You can just place it in the washer and let it air dry outside.

I’ve used this since last year. It does make me sweat a lot and I’ve noticed my belly got thinner. However the velcro edges where I have circled in the picture should have been narrower because they touch my skin and hurt me. I definitely won’t be buying this again for that sole reason.

    • Velcro Stops Sticking
Color: Black Size: M: 8" X 42"
After about 4 months of regular use, the fabric where the "hook" part of velcro attaches started to fray, and now only a small section holds in place. Rather than using traditional "hook" and "loop" velcro, they only use the "hook" portion and have that stick to fabric. Trimming the fabric didn't help, so I'm probably going to sew "loop" sections of velcro to the velt. The rest of the belt is nice. I like the neoprene side's fit and feel against my body, and the topside of the belt feels nice. It does provide good support and definitely heats up your torso and gets a really good sweat going.
