These will not fit if your stomach is on the heavy side. I normally wear a 2X so I bought the size 2X and was not able to attach the tabs on both sides. These are not made for plus size women.

For the most part has good absorbency. The hold capacity depends on how bad you have to go. Had some instances where it did actually go through the pad but not using these as a standard adult diaper. Was in a car accident and currently unable to put pressure on standing for 12 weeks so using these combined with bed pads and a bed pan as currently am bedridden. They are very soft and comfortable and not too thick. Have been purchasing this brand since leaving the hospital. Have probably purchased 10 packs or more. ... show more

If you're bed ridden and you are on your back all the time, do what I do. Mark "X" on the waterproof outside which is the back with the sticky tabs, open them up and cut off the wings from the front & back. To position them... lean to the left or right and pull them up front to back and sit on them. (No need to do them up, you're just laying on them.)
