Disappointing for sure. Bought for my wife for Xmas gift. Attempted to turn it on the next day and it just flashes an error and screen goes black. Have been trying to contact company at website listed on machine. Left messages (not returned) and many calls go unanswered to them. Way too much money to have it not even turn on. Gave benefit by waiting to submit for return until after holidays and maybe they were closed or busy, but tried again today (1/3/22) and still nothing. Won’t buy any more from company that won’t stand behind their product or even be available to help. Very disappointed. ... show more

    • this is suppose to open automatic but it don't. Didn' t come with paper work.
I like it but it won't open automatic didn't come with directions. No paper work. I just opened last week.

I absolutely love this press, it came quicker than expected, I will say this you HAVE to find the right setting for it to actually open on its own it takes time and a lot of pressure tests, the handle came broken, and missing a bolt and that was definitely a bummer for how much I paid for it, we fixed the handle with a new one because the other was stripped where the screw goes and it would not hold another bolt. But once I fixed the issues it is a very very good press. Just bothered me it was broken when it arrived for the price it is Last thing It’s also frustrating there isn’t a good form of communication between the seller and buyer. ... show more

I received the machine damaged and not put together correctly. To return it I had to purchase new packaging materials and pay fed ex $32.00 that the company did not give me back the money.

Machine is big and heavy looks like a great machine just looks temp doesnt get hot enough to press for sublimation cant get it to auto open and I have to hold it close because clsometiem it pops open

Bought this press and when it was delivered it was damaged (offered $60.00 for the damage), timer doesnt work, wont heat up, emergency release button does not work. Have contacted company and been fighting to get a replacement press for my business. Company sent me an email of a shipping label that Im supposed to print off somehow and send the press back ... show more
