I brought this bike for health reasons, this way I can exercise and not be around anyone, and be safe. the bike took me approx 2-1/2 hrs to put together. once together I tried it out I love level 4, the bike itself is awesome and does the work I want it to do for me. The only drawback is that it does not monitor my heart rate, but I still gave it 5 stars the bike was put together very well. ... show more

Received this pretty fast after I ordered it. It took my husband about 1.5 hours to put together and he didn't have any problems. It also came with all the tools needed. I have been using it for 7 days now and I am enjoying being able to go at my own speed. I am 64 years old and bought this to keep myself more active than I have been since COVID-19 hit and I found myself becoming a marshmallow while I stayed home, so this is helping me a lot. The only problem I have with it (and with any bike) is the seat, thus my only giving it 4 stars. It is padded, but only with about 2" of padding and so I have added another seat cushion for my preference. It does everything I need it to do and when I turn on some tunes, it is fun! I would recommend this bike, if you don't want or need a bunch of fancy settings, which just jacks up the price, and just need some go old exercise. Just get on it and go! ... show more

I bought this to workout in a secondary location. I have a somewhat more expensive, but not fancy, recumbent bike. I didn't want to spend a lot for this unit. This is a good looking bike. Description and reviews suggested that it would work fine for my height, 6'0". It DOES NOT. I'd say the top end would be 5'10", unless you like being cramped on a bike. The seat is padded, but it is very hard, and my right butt cheek hurt both times I used the bike. Adding to the troubles, the action on pedaling is not smooth. Pretty uneven. It may have been a defective unit, but I didn't have the time to do a ton of trouble shooting. Did some obvious checks using the online help tool to no avail. The dial used to control tension was not easy to rotate, nor did it provide a good feel for changing pedaling difficulty. There was no way that I could live with this for any length of time. If you decide to buy this bike anyway, I found it took the better part of an afternoon to assemble. Nuts and bolts were already installed on parts that needed to be put on the bike, which reduces a lot of confusion as to what goes where. But all in all, if you are going to be a reasonably active biker like I am, it is worth doubling the price to get something better. My other bike now costs $500 because everything has gone up. 6 or 7 years ago it could be had for $275. ... show more

This machine is good and comfortable for woman and elderly. easy to assembly. I take out a star because there is an plastic broke when i put it together and i found out that part is very easy to break. Any thing else work as expected
