relatively easy to install. hint - you will use only the short or long bolts depending on your rack, not both sets. this product is a game changer. operates extremely smoothly and opens up a ton of new exercise. so glad I bought this accessory and you should to!

    • Smooth operation
I got this for $39 and that was somewhat expensive to me at the time, but now I'm seeing that the cost is nearly 25% higher. Glad I got it when I did! I've attached this to my "Body-Solid Powerline Cable Crossover Machine (PCCO90X)" and it works pretty well, but I have decided to brace the machine it is mounted to against the wall for just a bit more stability. Now it's perfect--it's out of the way when I don't need it and it performs well when I do. I use an Olympic bar, but just looking at it, a "standard" bar would probably work just fine, too. It pivots nice and smoothly with no squeaks or other noises and it holds nice and firmly. I'm just glad I can quit shredding towels that I was using to prevent damage to the floor and walls in my basement before I got this! ... show more

The Reality Fitness land mind is an okay product. I like that the connector to the power rack can be adjusted to fit the 2in x 2in cross member perfectly and when bolted you get a nice tight fit. However, the steel looks robust but is not heavy as it is made of light weight steel. Had I know that before hand I certainly would not have purchased it.
