Once I put these on my knees, I immediately felt the relief I was looking for. They are easy to use too. I am a gymnast and my knees hurt a lot after practice until I started wearing these. I have tried others but they were too bulky and didn't work. I would recommend these to others. And I would suggest making them in other colors.

We bought these for our 13y/o son who plays lots of basketball. He continued to complain about his knees hurting. We tried other products and they either didn’t give enough compression or interfered with his game. We bought the patella bands and he says they give him the right amount of compression, and he forgets he has them on.

We have tried two other bands that were too big or bulky. This helped my 11yr old with his pain due to his growth and impact from soccer running. It actually fit his leg, despite him being skinny, and support without cutting off circulation!

I was skeptical, but these did the job. I often leave my knee band on all day, but these warn they are only to be used during activity. They are a bit tighter than the adjustable kind, so I think this is wise advise. I will continue to use this to moderate my knee pain when I go for my daily walks.

Purchased for my daughter who has experienced knee pain over the years playing multiple sports. Intended for cycling classes and noticed benefit right away. Initially concerned that they would slip or be uncomfortable, but pleasantly surprised at the support, lightness and flexibility. Used them for rec volleyball as well and plan to wear for upcoming football and basketball rec leagues. She highly recommends the purchase and encouraged her brother to get a set for himself.
