Try this product if you are looking to get a handle of your weight. Key to this product is consistency and a decent diet. I have not been perfect with my diet and I see results weekly. Keep in mind I do strength train and workout 3-4 days a week. 3 days intense and 1 moderate. Get the product but it will require your consistency.

I took this for about 3 months straight. In terms of appetite suppression, this worked a little *too* well. I was constantly nauseous and felt like I couldn't eat anything all the time. It got to the point where I was barely eating anything per day. Unfortunately, I did not seem to lose any weight during this time (I guess my body did that thing where if you don't eat enough, it starts going into starvation mode and saves as much energy as it can). I tried only taking one a day instead of with every meal, but it was still too much for me. After stopping the pills my appetite returned, and I've actually lost a bit of weight after returning to my usual habits. Shrug.

Let me sat that this CLA has been terrific. Obviously, a person needs to follow a reasonable diet with exercise or no supplement will ever work. With proper training & diet, CLA will give your body a very noticeable reduction in sagging body fat & you can see the difference with weeks. You're standing in the mirror & see your abs come back & your clothes suddenly become loose and you find yourself needing a new wardrobe. I personally took 2 pills in the morning & two in the evening EVERY DAY. Bottom line...... it works! 🙂

I’ve been doing keto again since March 2022. I was successful at using keto to lose 70 pounds between 2020 and July 2021, but I fell off the wagon & regained as expected when stopping healthy eating. It’s not coming off the same this time despite doing the same things. But I remembered id been taking CLA last time & reordered. I truly believe it was what broke my stall. Give it a try, be patient with your healthy eating & don’t quit when the scale stops, it’s temporary. It’s a lifestyle not a diet.

No flavor. Easy to swallow even though they are bigger. After 30 days have lost 12 pounds. May not seem like much but honestly before using these I was at a stand still and wasn't losing weight.
