I chose the pink color in small. I am 5’2” and 120 pounds. It fits perfectly. I love that the Velcro makes it adjustable, although the two small waist velcro straps don’t do much for me, the shoulder straps really improve my posture and the main waist belt keeps it snug. I purchased this for two reasons. One I have scoliosis and the product was advertised to help with scoliosis. The other reason is that I have a 3 month baby who is attached to me which means I’m always carrying her. Before getting the brace, I noticed my shoulders would hunch forward and I’d stick my belly out to hold her up which means my lower back would be curved drastically causing pain. So I started wearing this brace and wow it instantly makes me feel taller and have better posture. Obviously improved posture helps alleviate the pain. I like wearing the brace while carrying my baby in the baby ktan. I feel really secure especially since that baby carrier doesn’t have lumbar support. We love going on walks together like this or just be around the house. I just wear the brace over my shirt and put the baby wrap over it. It makes me feel really secure. I think The coolest bonus benefit is that when I’m supported by the brace and experience good posture, I notice better kundalini energy and feel more confident! My posture actually affects my energy and my mood, so I’m grateful that I can have this to help. I notice that sometimes my body still tends toward hunching over when I’m carrying my baby because of the habit I had developed, but just wearing the brace reminds me also to engage my back muscles which is improving my muscle memory to be able to improve my posture without the brace eventually as well. So personally I recommend this if you want to improve posture, reduce pain, improve body awareness, correct muscle imbalances, and if you have to hold a baby too. I’m not sure if this will help actually correct my scoliosis or not, I’m going to a chiropractor and doing some special exercises as well, but I like what it does do. 😊

I'm wearing under my clothes because it's tight. The material is soft enough on skin. I'll wash by hand, drip dry. My back feels better, my posture better with it on. I had major surgery and started stooping. I would buy this again.

Literally just put it on and it is much more comfortable than other ones I’ve used. Much more comfortable than expected. It is very soft on the inside so you can wear under your clothing. Doesn’t show at all through my current top. Each side is independently adjustable. I can already tell this will help decrease my upper/mid back pain. I’m a massage therapist and it seems like I will be able to wear this while working which was the intention. Will come back in several days to see how it works long term but first impressions are very good.

Great idea, but the design needs to be improved and the shoulder straps need to be made of a different fabric. When you tighten them, the straps twist and put pressure on your armpits and shoulders.
