I use my Fit Geno Back Brace to help my lower back when working in my garden. From the first time I put this brace on I felt the quality and the support. I can adjust it to the firmness I want and it doesn't get in the way when I bend over to pick something up, it's not bulky so I can wear a tool belt around it. If I'm picking up something heavy I feel the support. If I need to say something negative for validity, I would say the sizes run very small, I wear a size 38 waist on my pants and had to order the X-L (53-69 in) size. I had ordered the Large size and felt it was to small and this big one is a tad bit to big. BUT they are adjustable and they fit to order. I would not trade these in at all - they work great. I even gave one to my Mother-in-Law, that's how much I think these work well.

I wanted to use this a bit before I would review. I do like this back brace. If there could be a couple tweaks it would be plus five stars to me. One is that I wish it had a little larger area of the velcro on the closure. It has a large pad...but larger would help when you are really twisting and working hard, making sure it is fastened tightly. Though it has not let go at all yet. I also would love some little support - like the metal bars on the back around more to the front or side. As when you are bending over and working the front likes to get folded over on you. Lastly, and it is just probably me....I would love just a little thicker pad or something for the lumbar support. Just a little pad or something right on that spot would really help me. I know some offer that, and I could probably add something to it. I do like this support and I know these are things I can add to make it what I really need when I am working and twisting and lifting. It does help me a lot, just looking forward to when I really stress my back.

My present passion is baking and selling soft pretzels. This has me on my feet for nearly all of 12 hours every Saturday and Sunday. Recently I developed lower back pain, which at one peak point, had me unable to straighten up after bending down. Not fun. I researched back braces and after comparing selected the Fit Geno Back Brace. From the moment i strapped it on and adjusted it, which was easy to do, I felt a lessening of the pain. I continued to wear it regularly for a number of days, removing it periodically as recommended. As the days passed so did my back pain. I'm a older guy who is doing part-time work in a place that requires standing for long hours. My body does not like standing for long hours. I can walk for hours but not stand. Doing my work I have to lean down to type and use the computer interface while helping customers (hunch over). The constant leaning over gives me severe lower back pain. This Fit Geno brace actually helps with the pain substantially. I probably would have never bought a brace but my girlfriend was also suffering from back pain so I thought it could help her if it didn't help me. I'm surprised. My posture is much better throughout the day which has also helped the pain in my knees when I stand probably because it's aligning things better and removing lower extremity pressure. The adjustable compression belts which are on each side really cinch the belt to give extra support. Much better than those belts that are used in warehouse work with just the one thick velcro strap. It's really easy to get a good wrap around the midsection. The velcro sticks really well and the product is well made. My girlfriend liked it so much I can't get it back. Very much worth the reasonable price.

My sciatica on my left side started acting up about a month ago. Nothing I did helped alleviate the pain down my left side. I tried stretching, icing, heat and taking Aleve. So, I started searching for a brace to help and came across the Fit Geno Back Brace on Amazon and it was a reasonable price. After reading so many positive reviews, I ordered a size large to try out on May 2, 2023. It has been almost a month since I started wearing it daily on my two mile walk. For the first mile I pull the straps tight and on the 2nd mile I’ll loosen it up a little. After the first week my sciatica pain has gone away. I am very pleased with the Fit Geno Back Brace and its support. It’s comfortable, lightweight and provides the support that I need. I’d recommend this product to anyone dealing with sciatica and back pain.

This Geno back brace is by far one of the better braces on the market today, I ordered mine when my wife and I were in a car accident. I wore brace for lower back pain and herniated disc I developed at a earlier age in life, but when we were in the wreck I couldn't handle all the pain I was experiencing due to wreck and physical therapy I was having to do. I would recommend the Geno back brace for anyone going through lower back pain, herniated disc, sciatica, or anything else along those lines for fast relief of pain, discomfort, muscle tension weakness in lower back, tightness of muscles and I would say anything you were experiencing in life with your back.
