I really liked these rod holders for a while. They could be kind of a pain to sink into hard ground, but the ability to change the rotation and angle was nice. They seemed sturdy enough to hold up against most fish too, allowing me to catch up to 40 lb catfish from the bank. Unfortunately their breaking point must be somewhere over 40 lbs. On my last trip a fish bent my rod down and before I could grab it the rod holder snapped at the metal base where it’s welded. I lost the fish and the rod. 😩 I would only recommend these rod holders for smaller fish where the ground is soft enough to sink them into. For bigger fish or harder ground I’d recommend solid metal holder than can be hammered into the ground and won’t break at the base.

This is a gift for my friend’s birthday. he like fishing and has several fishing rods. this holder can adjust the size easily and seize the rods firmly. And you can adjust the angle and position you need; the metal part is well-made and can be attached on the wood or metal easily. I satisfied the quality. It is worthy of the price. The manufacturer really does a good job from its material and its function such as the reinforced Nylon that is durable and never rust, and its detachable design makes it easy to carry and storage. It also STURDY and PORTABLE, which make it easily go into ground. They are all done in place, more humane, and very convenient from the point of view of use and maintenance. In addition, it can rotate 360 degrees horizontally. I can adjust any different angle that needed when fishing. Again, It really affordable, I must give five stars. I will buy it again in the future when needed. At the same time.
