For the intended purpose as my to-go fishing rod, it will be an excellent addition, and fun to use. the only problems I have with the entire thing is the box used for the lures broke and I nearly hooked when I reach into the bag to pull stuff out, and the fact that the bag itself is rather flimsy, I dont know how much a sturdier case will cost, but it would be nice to be able to carry this thing in a case that won't let it get broke if something falls on it. ... show more

Love love love this ! I fish alot and needed something convenient and ( I have a bad habit of breaking the tips of my poles) this pole works wonderfully! It's smooth when casting and the handle even folds in. Easy to set up. Comes with a carrying case along with a small tackle box with some nice accessories. Honestly hands down best purchase. If I had anything to say about this negatively it would be the tip part. It's a yellow plastic ( very durable tho) if you do extend it make sure to not pull as hard to lock it in place because it could get stuck. A little WD40 tho and my hubby unstuck it with pliers lol ... show more

Fishing pole does not work well. Line constantly gets tangled or you cast and it will not reel back in. Pole itself feels cheap, telescopic feature does not work once expanded all the way.

6.9 feet is just too much length for a collapsible rod. I'd rather have it a little sturdier and shorter if I had my way.
