I only recently became introduced to the concept of honeycomb packing paper and I'm really growing to love it. It takes up so much less room in the house than bubble wrap and since I have to keep an ongoing inventory of shipping supplies this means a lot! This is a bit thinner than the last roll I got, but once you stretch it out a couple of times that issue seems to disappear. It's great for protecting oddly shaped glassware such as wine glasses, but it is equally as useful on coffee mugs and other more solid objects. The 12" width is pretty ideal for most everything and for larger items it's easy to stagger the wrapping in a way that offers a lot of protection across the board. I'm not sure that I would normally choose black for the wrapping as it's not that cheerful, but that's more of a personal preference. All in all, I was very happy with this.

I got this honeycomb shipping paper for shipping small Christmas ornaments for my small business. It's seems a bit unusual for someone used to using bubble wrap but this worked great. I just had to remind myself to pull the the paper lengthwise to open up the honeycomb. Pulling it along the height made it flat again. I particularly love that fact that with this, my shipping material does not take a too much space. And as an added bonus, you get a bunch of Fragile stickers!!

This paper is very convenient to use. As you pull it away from the roll, the waffle pattern expands and becomes stretchy and cushiony. We just used the roll to wrap up all of our holiday decorations, and we have plenty left over. So, you will definitely get a generous quantity of the wrap. And it IS a positive aspect that the paper does pull open so easily. However, if you aren't careful, it also rips easily. This is both good and bad. You won't need scissors to tear apart the pieces ... you can easily break it apart right where you need it. But sometimes, it does tear off, and a few pieces go flying. It's not horrible, just a little more fragile than I would prefer. It's good stuff. Very easy to use, save for the paper's thinness.

Honeycomb packaging is definitely taking over as the ideal packing material. It's more sustainable and is self sticking. It is thin, but pops up nicely to provide cushioning with a few wraps. I'm not sure how long a 60' roll will last. I found that for good cushioning I needed ~3 wraps around an item, and when the hexs popup the sheets grow about 25%. So 66' will wrap about 80' of goods. The paper tears easily when you want to finish wrapping, but not so easily that it's constantly tearing while you're wrapping. It does require a little bit of force to 'stretch' the cells open and if you pull too hard you can tear it, but as long as you don't tear the entire thing it's kind of 'self healing' in that as you continue to wrap your tears get covered. Really happy with this style of wrap and I will be purchasing again.

I'm finding this honeycomb wrap to be much easier to use and pack than anything else I've tried before. I used it to wrap several differently-shaped items I'm sending to my son and it takes up less space, there seems to be less waste, and it's very easy to work with. I recently saw a news story on a similar product that interviewed the guy who invented this product - fascinating that cut designs in paper can create a strong but cushioning material that stores easily until you need it. The price and the amount you receive make this a good value.

This XFasten Black Honeycomb Packing Paper for Moving 12-Inch x 66-Feet Bubble Honeycomb Wrap was extremely versatile in wrapping Christmas ornaments, to shipping items that needed extra padding. I much prefer this honeycombing style than regular packing paper since this adds more structure around delicate items. The honeycomb paper itself is tightly wound so you do need to stretch it out quite a bit to fully reveal the honeycomb pattern, but it's quite enjoyable. This small roll helped me wrap all my ornaments for a 7 ft tree and some left over for other random tasks like shipping items.

This is perfect for moving! I'm moving soon and I have a lot of glass/ceramic items that can break easily, so I needed a product that would protect those items. Honeycomb paper is really good for wrapping around your cups/bowls/plates, etc.. so this is definitely coming in handy. My only issue is how thin it is. You'll definitely have to wrap your items with an extra layer for true protection, however, this does come with a decent amount. It even comes with some "Please Handle With Care FRAGILE" stickers to place on your item that you wrap up or the box you put the items in.
