Definitely a cool little kit, however, it’s extremely fragile. The last 2/3 pieces of the pole are very thin. Just tried mine out for the first time tonight, I spooked it with the line it came with, and tied on a small spoon that’s probably around 1/2 ounce. I was casting between 30-50 feet, so a fairly light cast. On the 6th cast the last extension snapped in half while casting. I wasn’t trying to pull out a snag, wasn’t trying to send the spoon into orbit, just a nice easy cast. I contacted the seller, we’ll see what happens. ... show more
