The media could not be loaded. The kit comes with everything you need to start fishing x 2. It’s a very nice reel that comes pre-spun with 20 pound test mono filament. The handle is designed in such a way that you can switch it from right hand to left-hand. When reeling in the line the real itself as a very smooth feel. I was surprised at the quality Feel of the real in such an inexpensive set. Again on the real, it has just about every option that you would expect. it has attention control knob on the top. One unique feature is the handle comes with a small lever that you click that will allow you to collapse the handle flat for storage. The telescopic pole opens and collapses with almost no effort. It is definitely on the stiffer side. It is not indicated anywhere online or on the pole itself but based on experience, I would say the pole is definitely on the stiffer side so I would rate is “power” as ‘medium\ heavy’ The kit itself comes with everything else you need to start fishing. There are snap swivels, lead weights, four medium size, crank baits, Jake had hooks with multiple color, soft bait. They even throw in a small multi tool, that acts as a pair of pliers and a line cutter among other things. What is really nice about this is that you get all of that X 2. This is certainly not meant to be your primary fishing pole but it is set that is very transportable that could take just about anywhere. I’ve put mine in my golf bag and have it geared up and ready to go for times when I’m at a golf course that has a small lake or pond. It easily fits in my golf bag. I also plan to throw it in my storage bag on my ATV. There’s been many times where I’m out on the trails and have come across the river that I would have loved to have fished and could’ve only reached from an ATV trail. I fish a lot and I do most of my riding to fishing spots on my Harley. I usually strap my two piece poles to the sissy bar and them on most of the season... cause you never know when you gotta' stop and try a spot. These will fit right in my saddle bags. Now, I am not gonna' lie, these are not like my St Croix gear but for just putting around they are perfect. They open up to about 7 feet (didn't measure) and knowing you give away some "feel" on any rod that isn't one piece, the action is pretty god and could easily handle most fresh water species including big Bass, etc. The whole set comes in a nice case and there are 4 really nice looking lures in the kit that look like other name brand lures and I am sure they will catch fish. Add those to the weighted jigs and plastics that come with the set and now I can assume this package was designed by someone who actually fishes. The reel is very impressive, almost no backlash, unique flip handle to protect it during transport, and really nice action. So, if you are a pro fisherman going after a trophy, this, or any collapsible rod probably isn't the way to go but if you are just a dad with a kid, a old guy on a bike, or just want to have something in the car for those days when you drive by something you just can't resist. This set is great for traveling. It comes with two reels, two retractable rods, two little tackle boxes all in a small zipper case. It is super easy to pack in a car or suit case. It also would work great for hiking or camping because it stores soooo small. The reels and rods are medium range for quality. Not fancy, but work just fine. Again perfect for travel. We won't be broken hearted if one of these gets damage in transit since the cost isn't astronomical. ... show more

I grew up fishing with my grandfather but have never really gone since adulthood. So it's probably been 30 years since I held a fishing pole in my hands. I am quite impressed with this fishing gear. Literally everything you need to unzip the storage bag and get to fishing. The kit comes with two reels. The reels are actually quite nice and sturdy and work very well. The kit also comes with two collapsible fishing rods. The rods open to over six feet in length and though you wouldn't go deep sea fishing with them, they are sturdy enough to catch bigger fish. This kit also comes with lures, weights and anything else you would need to fish. Everything comes in a nice zippered bag. This would fit perfectly in a car trunk for easy transportation. I love that the price included two, yes two portable, easy to store/transport, fishing poles! These poles work great while traveling in my RV/Class A motorhome. Very small storage container and easy to put away. Quality of poles are excellent. I don't see any difference compared to my higher priced poles/reels I've used in the past. This Awesome Collapsible Fishing Pole Set arrived in a sealed plastic bag. The handy carry bag contains 2 filly collapsible rods, 2 x reels, fishing pliers, 4 x lures in 1 plastic storage container, and various other hooks, sinkers, and plastic lures in the smaller storage container. It also comes with a VERY basic instruction sheet. The quality appears very good to excellent for the price point. The reels already have the line on them which is a bonus. They have 110 yards of 20lb line so that is easily enough for a local river, creek, or bay. The reels are very smooth to operate. The poles extend easily. There is a rubber cap over the end of the poles to keep all sections contained when stored. This cap also has a hook on the end for hanging if needed. I would recommend this set as a gift for yourself, a loved one, or a friend. It would be great to just keep in the car when traveling/exploring, great for camping, fun for the kids, or in your survival kit in case of emergencies. ... show more
