I was hesitant because it didn’t have many reviews when I bought it but thanks to the folks who posted pictures I had a feeling if their pictures match the advertised then maybe it’s good. The actual mattress does match all the advertised pictures and it is extremely well made, very good looking, very comfortable and like someone wrote I slept on the top and did not sink. This mattress will fix not only any back pain you had from sleeping on bad mattresses but also neck and shoulder pain WOW! All my aches are gone. When I saw made in Laos on the box I already had a good feeling because Laos and Vietnam ( 2 different countries I know but neighboring) always make good quality products. I have experienced in the past this fact from clothing to home goods. In fact this mattress is such good quality it feels and looks like you paid thousands for it. To the merchant please keep this as is, keep the quality you have because it’s excellent and thank you for making this mattress. Guys don’t hesitate to buy it even my elderly mother slept on it so good she woke up happy and kept thanking me. 3 people in my household including myself and we love the mattress. No regrets except I should have bought it earlier. Love love this amazing mattress. For ladies it’s a bit heavy so be two or ask for help from friends. Shipping was super fast. We left it only 24 hours to inflat out the box. Directions say 72 hours but we were all with back pain and didn’t want to wait and it is still perfect I think it took its proper for in the 24 hours but still if you can follow manufacturer directions maybe it’s best.

Delivery was fast. The bed it self was ready with in the 72 hours. We’ve been sleeping like baby’s from the 1st night to now a week later. The medium firm premier 12 did not disappoint. It’s a perfect balance of firm and plush. My fiancé and I sleep comfortably no more tossing no more turning. I was skeptical at first to give this mattress a I try this they’re not being many reviews but after taking a chance, I do not regret my decision.

Shipping was relatively fast considering the size of the box, and everything arrived well protected. No damage, no issues getting it inside, just a large box that makes you briefly question if you should ask your neighbor to help you get it inside. Setup is about as easy as it gets. Unpack it, remove the vacuum sealed bag, and let it do its thing. Watching it expand is always a bit entertaining and slightly suspenseful, but it settles in nicely without any problems. I have seen mattresses vary in time requirements, meaning "let it sit for 24 hours" to as much as "72 hours" before use. This one was useable after a full 12 hours but was not slept on until probably the 36-hour mark which was more than enough time for it to acclimate to the room temperature. Comfort wise, this mattress really delivers. It lands right in that sweet spot between too firm and too soft, making it comfortable for a wide range of sleeping styles. Support feels solid, especially around the back and hips, and it genuinely feels like an upgrade once you lay down on it. Now for the curveball. It is labeled as a twin, but the sizing tells a different story. The width is closer to a full, while the length comes up a bit short of a true full mattress. So, what you end up with is something that does not quite match standard dimensions, which can turn into a surprise when you try to fit it on a frame that should have worked. In my case, it meant adjusting plans and getting a different frame to make it work. Once that was sorted out, it has been a fantastic sleeping setup with no complaints on comfort or performance. As for long term durability or warranty, that remains to be seen, but based on initial impressions, it feels well-constructed. Overall, this is a very comfortable mattress that performs well where it matters most. Just be aware of the sizing situation and plan accordingly. If you are willing to measure first and adapt as needed, it is an easy recommendation.
