Very effective. I wouldn’t say it’s great for 2500sft but I understand the ratings. For the price it’s great Perfect for a single 1000sqft room. Using in my basement and it barely maintains 2 rooms total 1100 sqft. Was 68 humidity and it keeps it at 40-ish even with tons of rain. Very quiet. Very mobile and easy to operate. When choosing, look at how many pints per hour or day it’s rated for. That tells you how fast it pulls moisture out. Honestly, 30 pints per day is good for average person. You’re not doing emergency water damage with this.

Very happy with this dehumidifier. It quickly removed that damp feeling in my home, and the musty smell disappeared within hours. The air feels much fresher, and I was surprised by how much moisture it collected on day one. It’s also quiet enough to run at night, easy to use, and looks great in the room. Solid build and very reliable so far. Definitely worth it if you’re dealing with humidity—highly recommend.

Works as it should and shuts off automatically when the tank is full. It's quiet and reliably pulls a tank of water out of the air every twelve hours or so. The controls are okay, you can set individual humidity percentages in increments of 5% however the auto feature is also in the list. So 27 taps to go all the way around is a little cumbersome.

Bought this to replace an older style unit that finally died. I was pleasantly surprised at how well it works and how quiet it is. The only thing is be sure to read the instructions about settings, I mistakenly set it to 90 thinking that was max extract, but it was the complete opposite, the automatic mode sets the humidity to the level you set, or you can set to "CO" constantly ON.
