I thought because I only had a mattress on my bed frame that I would below to the ground but absolutely not. I actually have to jump up a little to get in the bed as I am 5’3”. The best value for my the money. It cost me $327 but I feel like it was worth $1500. Some reviews said it had an odor when first opening but that was not the case for me there was no odor at all. Easy to use and setup. The only thing i was disappointed about is that I thought the mat would continue to warm without being plugged up. I was looking for warmer that didn’t require to be continuously plugged into an electrical socket.

This mattress is like sleeping on a cinderblock. We've had it a week. The gel has no give to it. It's as stiff as plywood. It's less support and more constant pressure. I will say it's well made and inflated quickly. As an edit, the customer service team was phenomenal in helping me set up a return with a full refund. They were polite, quick, and efficient. While the bed wasn't the right bed for me, the company was and I would order from them again (but with a sharper eye on what the firmness ratings actually mean). ... show more
