It took me a long time to decide which unit I wanted. Finally decided on this one. Took a while to have time to build it but got it together relatively quickly. Cabinet itself is beautiful but my fireplace unit was damaged in transit and didn't work properly. Contacted the seller and arranged for a new fireplace unit to be sent to me. The new unit works great and I'm really happy with both the unit and the excellent customer service with a company who stands behind their products. Hardest part was dealing with Amazon's customer support in trying to get a hold of the seller because they didn't understand what I needed. If you need to get routed to the seller, don't try the chat feature with Amazon. It's a nightmare. But once you get to the seller, super easy. It's rare to find good customer service anymore, but this seller was great to work with. Don't hesitate to buy from them, they definitely stand behind their products and want their customers to be happy!

I bought this Tv Stand because it it all the things I was looking for - width close to the size of my 85” Samsung, LED cabinet lights that had multiple colors, black, looks stylish, and of course the fireplace. Initially, I received it over a month ago, but it had some damaged pieces and some pieces that didn’t align correctly. I also received the fireplace separately, which looked quite large, but wasn’t concerned. As I put it together, I noticed some pieces didn’t fit correctly, so I contacted the company to see how they could help, and help they did. After about another 2 weeks waiting for new ones to come in, a new one was sent and took about 1.5 hours to put together with no issues! However, after opening the fireplace, I noticed it was the wrong size. So they resent me the new one and it fit perfectly. Now the whole thing is complete, and the staple of my basement is ready to be used. Love my TV stand, and I love the customer service that I received. Thank you!

Little did I know that buying this fireplace would cause some troubles during Christmas time in which my account would be suspended due to suspicious gift card usage since I used all the gift cards from my wedding registry. But it’s all in good fun, I got it anyway and everything worked out. I love my fireplace; it’s a great set up, I love the look of it and I have high hopes that it will last for a few moves. The faux logs that came with it came broken, but it’s not the end of the world.

It was easy to put together. Great size. Love the options of colors. Love the ability to have heat on or not (I'm in florida so only need the heat once in a while) but it does put out good heat! One note - these are the best instructions ever. Everything piece is labeled its perfect. The one thing it doesn't tell you when you get to the part where you put in the fireplace insert, remember to open the two little boxes that came with the fireplace insert box. That is your glass beads and logs. Put those in before you put glass front on or you have to take several pieces apart to put them in. Otherwise easy peasy. Love it!

The fireplace TV stand is great, I put it together by myself and it took a couple hours. The reason I'm writing this review is because the customer service from the seller was absolutely top-notch. There were a few damaged pieces in the initial shipment, I contacted the seller, and they promptly replied that replacements will be sent. This replacement shipment then disappeared into the ether of post-COVID package delivery limbo so I contacted the seller again and they sent out yet another replacement package. So rest assured that this company will take care of you and make sure you have a good experience.
