I have been using these stainless steal cookie sheets for a couple of months. I like the size because sometimes its nice to have something smaller and I definitely like the stainless steal aspect. The only complaint I have is that it could be a little more durable and thicker.

Heavy duty... pleasantly surprised by the thick SS material used for these small cookie sheets. 12" x 9.5" x 1" deep, weighs ~16.28ozs! And nicely polished finish too. Well done!

I've given these a trial for a month. Out of the box, they looked great. They're sturdy and the black coating is attractive. The negative...every time I've washed these, I've found rust after they dry. It started on the back around the rim, then on the back where the coating rubs when you set the pan down. I've treated those spots with food grade mineral oil. Now, I'm finding small spots on the cooking surface where the coating is coming off. Tiny rust spots! So, far I've only seen them on the quarter sheet pan, the one I use most often. I have not been rough on these pans. 75% of the time they're covered with either foil or parchment paper. I wash them in the sink with a dishcloth and rinse in the dishwasher. I'm not impressed with the quality of these pans and I can't recommend them.
