The sheets feel well-made, cook evenly, and the nonstick surface works great. Its also super easy to clean. My only concern is that I thought they’d be a bit bigger. They work fine for most baking needs, but if you're expecting large trays, just double-check the dimensions.

I love that the pans are lightweight and it had me concerned about burning things but so far so good. I've only used a few of them but so far everything has cooked really nicely. First thing I made was this peach bread in the loaf pan lol because I haven't had one in years. This one cooks up so much better then my old silicone i had to toss few years ago. Cooked some fish on the smaller cookie sheet, just perfect because it was just a few small pieces. So far I love them especially when it's time to clean them. I made this googy chocolate pudding cake and cleanup was a breeze because you mix batter in the pan so no way to oil it first. None was needed and crispy edges just washed away at clean up time. ... show more

    • They buckle in the heat

Pans are nice, and mostly functional until placed in the oven. Each one, regardless of the temperature, will buckle, leaving one side higher than the other. That isn't an issue for cookies that flatten out and don't require any liquids. But, if having liquid in the pan is part of the cooking process, it makes a difference in the taste and texture of the items on the high side vs the low side. Good value for the moolah. Not too thick and not too thin. Lots of different pans in different shapes and sizes makes it pretty much the only stuff I use in my oven. It’s all held up well. No warping, no peeling, no sticking… washes well.
