Received my trays and racks today. Wow, these are really nice. Mirror finish, super smooth surface, and heavy rolled edges to the trays. The metal is thicker than what I expected for the price too!. The racks are very nice thick gauge wire also. I have not used them yet, but from my initial opening of the box, these were super well packed and should be just fine. My wife was a professional baker before she retired and there is no way I'm putting her commercial aluminum pans in my BBQ pit. I bought this stainless set just for my smoker as the stainless will clean right up and from the look of the build of these they will last forever!

I got the 12x16's because they're the largest which would fit, two at a time, in my oven. And I'm so impressed with the quality!!! Like seriously, these pans and even the racks are heavy!!! (Not too heavy, but heavy, meaning, "quality"). They're also shiny, which at least means food won't stick to them as much as a more matte finished steel. I haven't used them yet, their shiny finish is better than a stainless matte finish, and also aluminum, no matter if the aluminum is high polished or not. Aluminum is a soft metal, and so will scratch, and it will interact with the food in a toxic way. Aluminum sheet pans are cheaper, but the stainless ones are 10x better and worth the cost. A more popular and better reviewed version of sheet pans and racks is offered, but the racks only have a single layer of wires along the length. I compared the photos of those racks and the criss-cross ones on this page, and the gauge of the wires seemed the same to me. So, I chose these ones, despite the better reviews for the lengthwise only wire racks, because at the end of the day, the extra metal used will serve to wick the heat away from your items faster, plus there's less of a chance that broken cookies pieces will fall through. My mom used to have criss-cross wire grid cooling racks which were crimped, and I've searched everywhere for them and have only found them for round cooling racks. The crimping brings the bottom layer of wires up to the level of the top layer, which makes direct contact with your cooling items, and so wicks the heat away even faster than the criss-cross grid on this page. But these will work when the crimped ones don't seem to be available. I'm so pleased that I finally got these, especially in time for Thanksgiving, so that I can use these for roasted veggies. Every kitchen needs sheet pans like these and I highly recommend them!!!

4.5 star. What I like: Top 9.5 ×12.25 bottom 8.75 ×11.5. About almost an inch deep. Fit my new smart airfryer Cosori oven CS100 and CS130-A0 (CS100Oven fits 12" pizza, narrowest interior width 12.75) Works as carrying tray: sixteen 4 oz yogurt jars (64 oz total) I put it in an preheat toaster oven on airfry function at 400°F for 20 min and turn 180° in between. It didn't wrap, because the fat dripping from bacon distribute the heat evenly. I saw people with twisting pan because there is a small piece of food, cold I assume, in the middle of the pan, I wonder if the entire pan is filled with food and/or if the sheet is placed in the middle position, not too close to the heating elements, would that help with the issue? Or may be switch to black cast iron, it won't ever twisted haha. I haven't tried broil or toast dry stuff yet, will update later with cookies or roast duck. I soaked it in soapy water for a day or two, and sticky, dry bake stuff came right off. Unlike my nonstick, they haven't rusted either. Affordable 4 piece at $20.70, so $5 each. What I don't like: It's beautiful mirror finish but also easily scratched, no matter how gentle and careful you use and clean. I prefer brush finish. Updated: It will warp a little bit when BROILING (not warp on air fry or bake but will on broil function) meat on rack in the pan, due to not enough meat drippings to distribute heat unevenly. To fix this, I fill the pan with just enough water to cover the bottom, then grill the meat on rack, but then meat will be more like steamed broiled. I wonder if corrugated design would be any better?

I read reviews for soooo many baking pans looking for ones that don’t warp but I didn’t see any product where people weren’t complaining about warping, so I settled on this pair. It came well packed and in perfect condition. Shiny as everyone describes. And I finally used them for the first time today and both warped within minutes of being placed in my preheated 400 degree oven. But I expected it so it was fine. I always line with parchment paper (it is the best and I hope everyone does this) so I didn’t need to scrub it clean so I won’t know how this fares under regular cooking conditions. And I also don’t know if I’ll be so nonplussed about the warping if I’m using it with the rack and have bacon on it. But we shall see. Maybe it doesn’t warp if the oven is 375? When I try it, I’ll update this review. But so far, I like them and don’t have any regrets about buying these baking pans.

Can't be beat to bake off bacon! Racks fit perfect and keep everything tidy, doubles as a nice cooling rack for cookies, etc. Lightweight, easy to clean. Nests nicely in storage drawer. Very happy wit them!

Our home was built in the early 60’s. We have a wall mounted oven that is a lot smaller than normal ovens. Most of the pans are as old as the house. We were in desperate need of new pans and wanted some with racks. These were perfect!! We use them weekly. Being stainless steel, they are very easy to clean. We still line them with foil or parchment to keep things even easier. Better to work smart than hard.
