The these pans are beautiful! I want to use them to dry meats in the fridge before cooking. This quarter sheet pan size is perfect! The half sheet pan took up too much space. They warp in the oven. Just know this. Not a big deal and they do rebound to normal shape after they cool. Almost everything that is thin is going to warp at 450 degrees. Quality sheet pans and would buy again.
