I have a smoker/grill that uses pellets for cooking. I’ve tried a couple of different flavors. I honestly don’t know that I can really tell the difference between a piece of meat cooked with apple pellets versus cherry or something else. I had another brand of apple pellets, and I couldn’t tell any difference between those and these apple pellets. These worked just fine in my Z Grills smoker/grill.
