Great case
Color: Black
This case, of course, fits the Kindle black and white. It slides right in there properly there is a piece of elastic to hold the pen my ability to grip the tablet with the case on improved versus the Kindle without the case the unit itself was still easy to charge as all of the holes are cut perfectly. The weight of the case was not too bad and almost not noticeable. The magnetic attachment works fine and shuts the screen off as it is supposed to and remains closed. This is a really good deal and value for the money.

Good case for Kindle Scribe!!!
Color: Brown
I recently acquired a Kindle and wanted to find an appropriate protective case to keep it safe while on the move. During my search, I found a case that immediately caught my eye, and I decided to try it. And I'm delighted with it! The case's unique design makes it look like a dainty leather journal when it is closed. The leather's color and texture are impeccable, and the overall look is very stylish and elegant. The stand that comes with the case is also exceptionally robust. It has a magnet that holds it steady when not in use, which is particularly helpful when I need to put my Kindle down for a moment and don't want it to slide off the table. Moreover, the strap with the case is exceedingly cozy and comfortable to hold. It's also adjustable, a nice touch, and perfectly fits my left hand. However, my only critique of the case is that I wish another strap were on the opposite side. The strap works flawlessly for my left hand, but I generally hold my Kindle in my right hand, so I've had to adapt. Overall, the case feels snug in my hand, and I'm thoroughly satisfied with my purchase. It protects my Kindle from scratches and damage and adds a touch of elegance to it.

The kickstand!
Color: Dual Color
I just received this cover and immediately placed my kindle scribe inside of it. Here are my reasons why I gave 4 instead of 5 stars. The feel of the material feels sturdy - but I’m concerned about the adhesive that was used to glue the materials together. It does look like with time, it will start to wear out and fall apart. But I’m hopeful. I mean, honestly, you have to be a little careless for that to happen but nevertheless, some people use their kindles a lot more than me and the constant flopping of the front cover page (if done aggressively) or keeping your kindle in hot/humid places, like somewhere near the sun, it can overtime potentially unseal it. Another “not potential issue” BUT actual issue is that the pen holder loop on the side is too loose for my standard kindle pen and I’m afraid it will fall off, but that is an easy fix for me and I will not count it as a reason to not buy. I will update this if that happens but PLEASE see for yourself. This is just my observation based on quality and an hour of having it on my kindle. And it really is a good product, overall. On a more positive note, it is beautiful, elegant, clean, sturdy (which was most important to me). Well, let me explain, after doing lots of research and reading dozens of reviews from other vendors, I can honestly say this may be the best one out there for the price. My biggest concern too was that the kickstand wouldn’t be strong enough to hold the weight of the kindle when laying in bed or when using it horizontally to write or draw. Well! They did not disappoint there. The cover allows the kindle to stand upright and horizontally without wobble, bend, or any awkwardness. And that to me is a whole lot more important than all other factors. - just a firm kickstand. Overall, I am very happy with the product. It fits like a glove and I will be enjoying it!

A fantastic case!
Color: Indigo
Bought this for my Kindle Scribe first edition. It's durable, attractive, and the stands are nice for hands-free reading. It protects the device well and the magnetic shut-off reliably puts the device to sleep when I close the case. It feels substantial in the hand without being too bulky (I do have big hands so ymmv), and it makes a thin and light Kindle feel more like reading a book. I liked this one so much that when I upgraded to a Kindle Scribe Colorsoft, I bought another Fintie case much like this (sadly, they didn't have the denim and brown so I had to get black and brown) for the new one. My wife inherited the old Kindle Scribe and she loves this case as well - she even bought a Fintie case for her Kindle Fire. Highly recommend Fintie cases!

Great
Color: lilac marble
I really love this Kindle case. It offers great overall coverage and includes two different types of kickstands, which makes it super convenient for reading hands-free in different positions. The cutouts are well designed, allowing easy access to the charging port without having to remove the case. The only minor downside is that the pen slot is a bit loose, as some other reviewers have mentioned. However, this is an easy fix—you can reinforce it with a stitch or two, or use an adhesive pen holder if you prefer a quicker solution. Overall, it’s a practical, well-designed case that feels sturdy and functional for everyday use.

Amazing CAS for first generation kindle scribes
Color: Brown
Works great and is amazing quality. I goth this one after my last case broke and they sadly stopped making them so far I'm impressed. My only complaint is the pen holder I really don't like the loop style pen holder but I found a real external pen holder I was able to attach very nicely between the layers of the case so it's no longer an issue. The price is great and it's super protective so I'm not worried at all about my tablet. I also love the sleep feature I have had trouble with previous designs not working with it as advertised but it works great.

The "Turquoise" option is hands down the best case I have owned! It is a wonderful durable fabric!
Color: Turquoise
I purchased it in 2023 and as of 2025 this case is still in fantastic shape! The "Turquoise" unlike the faux leather and plastic style cases does not crack or wear over time. The Turquoise section is a denim type of fabric and the brown section is like a very soft suede. This is the most premium and luxurious case I have ever purchased. The elastic holds the back secure when opened or closed, the loop for the pen has not loosed at all and still holds my pen secure and the stand that folds out on the back is perfect. I purchased in October of 2023 with daily use and my case is still in fantastic shape. I have gone through countless phone cases and iPad cases within the same time, and this case is still like new! I have another fintie case that I bought for my iPad and it has cracks on the spine due to the plastic style. Please Fintie make this exact case for the iPad 4th generation 2020, the color, the feel, the durability! Oh and if you ever make this lovely fabric/suede case for phones I would be in heaven! Honestly, I have your other cases, they are inferior to the design and materials in this one. You really should make a full line of this type of case and forgo the other styles. Customers purchase this case now while you can, make sure it is the fabric case, the others will not last and are nowhere near as nice as this one.

Pretty Good Cover For Kindle Scribe, But...
Color: Brown
Overall I'm giving this three stars because it's good, but not great. First, the reason for not giving it a higher rating, then on to the good stuff. There are two issues I have with this and they are both serious enough for me to want to return this or find another cover. One is that when you close the cover, it doesn't always trigger the sleep feature. I don't know if the magnet is just not that strong or what, but closing the cover AND putting the elastic band around it doesn't necessarily make the Kindle go to sleep. Huge issue if you want to make sure the battery doesn't drain too quickly. This happens at least 25% of the time, so it's not rare. The second issue is that the stylus is still kept on the outside of the cover. This is not necessarily bad on its own but the little elastic band that the stylus is held in is very weak and loose. The stylus can and does move and can slide out of the band. This is a very serious issue in my opinion and needs to be fixed. So, bother of these cause me to give it three stars. The good stuff: It is VERY sturdy, really good looking, and has card holders on the inside. It opens the way a book cover should open - in portrait orientation. It has a nice, slim pocket on the outside for papers as well. It uses very high-quality stitching. Overall, it just exudes quality. There is a small opening on the side where the Kindle's charging cord goes so it's easy to charge in the cover. The two different fold-out stands work great in both orientations. Well done! It comes so close to being perfect, but the two flaws I noted are just too big to ignore and really take away from an otherwise great cover.
