Complete full assembly; fully unfold all support legs. Place the cradle in an open area with enough swinging space and no surrounding obstacles.2. The cradle only operates when powered on. The control panel lights briefly after plugging in then turns off; press any button to activate functions.3. Keep the cradle base 6.3 inches off the ground. Too high will make your baby feel unsafe.4. Always place baby in the cradle center and fasten the safety harness during use. Minor tilting when baby leans to one side is normal. Do NOT fasten the bottom fixing strap.5. Only use auto swing mode. Do not rock the cradle manually. Forced hand rocking will damage the motor, and high swing speed is bad for infants. Factory preset auto speed meets safety standards.6. If your baby cries uncomfortably, pick up and soothe them right away before placing back. Repeat gently to help baby adapt.7. A soft clock-like running sound during operation is normal.8. Baby inside = slower swing; empty = smoother. This is normal – do not swing too fast. Troubleshooting Guide Swing malfunction / Intermittent swinging- Leg brackets not fully unfolded; cradle placed against walls; surrounding objects block movement; auxiliary fixing straps unfastened (excluding safety harness).Solution: Fully expand all legs and clear all surrounding obstructions. Music audio not workingLong press the music button to disconnect Bluetooth first, then short press the button to play music normally. Avoid long presses for daily use.
