Took a while to install everything then I took the plastic off. Numerous broken crystals and only 3 replacements so not enough for repairs. No remote control so light is very bright and not fun to look at. Lots of effort for the bad news payoff. Update: A replacement was sent and still has no remote included. I still love this light fixture even though the remote control doesn’t work. It’s absolutely beautiful in the dining room. I have it hooked to a dimmer switch so it’s really no problem anyway.

The chandelier is beautiful as the bright light. The warm light could not be achieved. The impression is that there is a remote to change to preferred lighting. There was no remote! Some of the replacement crystals were broken, but fortunately they weren’t needed. Amazon was notified about the remote and was unsuccessful in reaching the vendor to inquire. (?)     • Remote not working/useless remote setup instructions.

Update: Received a response from the seller and as per the instructions, remote setup need to be done with in 5 seconds after turning on the light. This suggestion helped and I am able to setup the remote. seller confirmed that using the provided screw anchors are good enough to support this light. Seller also provided instructions to bring the small circular light down, I haven't tried them yet. Only the center piece position is still an issue and waiting for a response from the seller on this. I will update this review when I get it. Over all the light is looking good and it would be better if the instructions are more clear and remote setup steps are included. Changed to 4 star now. Instructions are not so helpful. Here is my feedback and same was sent to the seller for clarifications. 1. The instructions says to attach the light fixture to the sheetrock on ceiling with screw anchors. No instructions to attach to the stud or junction box. I am doubtful if this will stay strong without collapsing. 2. How do I setup the remote? The instructions are very bad and no way I can understand, even though they are in English. I am unable to setup the remote and change the colors. 3. How do I attach the center hanging piece (Item C)? The hook is not in the center and now, the item C is hanging, but not in the middle of the smaller circular light. 4. How do I bring the small circle light down? I don't see any instructions for this? ... show more
