I tried this on my legs, I have dark hair on my lower legs, and it works but you don’t get a close enough shave to make your legs look shaved. It looks like you have stubble growing in as soon as you shave. I do use it for my peach fuzz on my face in between dermaplaning, and for that reason I gave it 4 stars. I am super surprised by all of the negative reviews mentioning that this doesn't get you a close shave. I've gone through probably about 10 electric shavers in my life and none of them have even come close to getting as close of a shave as this little guy. Mine broke yesterday so I ordered this and it came today. I took it out of the package immediately and used it immediately because I mean — it's obvious why right,? Lol! I did my legs first which was great and easy. Then I did my armpits. My armpits were the great shocker! I'm ALWAYS disappointed with how electric razors always leave fairly long stubble no matter how many times I go over them. This got within the tiniest fraction as close as a traditional blade and I'm over the moon! Also, because of its size and how easy it is to maneuver, I am sure that I can use this on my lady parts and get a nice, NEAT shave which was very hard to do with other electric razors. I usually ended up just shaving it all off. Now I can just shave where I want and keep a little hair down there. For this price I'm probably going to order three backups period although, I'm very annoyed that it's $2 cheaper than it was when I ordered it just two days ago. Still a steal as it was less than half the price of the one that broke and never worked this well or was this pretty! ... show more

    • So Gentle, It Barely Cuts Hair

As I was looking to replace my old Flawless hair trimmer, I found this similar item on super sale around the holidays, and I couldn’t resist. Upon first use, it seemed really good, it wasn’t as loud as my old one, seemed to be quite gentle, and I liked the updated handle. Upon further inspection, I realized it wasn’t uniformly cutting the hairs I was trying to trim. So I ended up having to go over the same patch of skin way too many times, and it ended up really irritating my under arms. To be clear, I am not a frequent shaver. When it’s time to shave, I need more of a lawn mower than an edger. But I honestly don’t think shorter body hair would matter, I just think it’s a crappy product. Very disappointed. In my experience, the Flawless brand products I have used tend to work really well until they don’t. They don’t last very long, but I haven’t really seen other brands on the market that offer anything similar in use and/or price point. So, I’ve just conceded to having to replace more often than I’d like. In this razor’s case, it’s just garbage from the beginning, which was a bit of a shocker.
