I bought this spice grinder almost 6 months ago. I wanted to give it some time to prove itself. And...Boy, did it ever! It almost works by itself. It's very responsive, and efficient. It grinds thru peppercorns like a buzz saw. And you can change pods one handed. I set it down, softly press down on the handle, and the pod pops out. Put the handle over the smoked course ground salt pod, give it a soft press, and it's attached, and ready to go! Making spicing your food with freshly ground spices SUPER fast, and easy. We use it several times a day, and are still on the 1st set of batteries. We have told all of our "foodie" friends about how awesome it is. I'm going to purchase some more pods for other spices. Granted, an "electric" salt and pepper grinder is not high on a person's "must have" list, but this Finamill grinder does a terrific job with sea salt granules and Himalayan pink salt, as well as whole peppercorns. I like that it's totally adjustable for the size of the "grind" of both, and the result is as expected. I definitely recommend it!!!! ... show more

As billed, it's so attractive and can sit on your counter, so easy, the charge lasts so long and the interchangeable pods rock! I have a manual one-handed grinder. It was pretty useful when I cooked but got harder to use. I don’t foresee that problem with this mill. I hoped it would grind flax seeds on demand so I could forego grinding in a coffee mill but its too slow, especially if you crank the pod to fine grind. The pods are a great idea. I don’t know if they will be as widely useful as I thought they would be but I definitely see a use for two or three. ... show more

FinaMill is very easy to use and comes in a variety of colors! I like that it has separate pods for each spice that easily pop in and out, and that the grind coarseness is adjustable. This is the best grinder I have ever used!

Searching for the perfect super heavy duty pepper mill for decades and this is the one. That is pretty much all I can say as perfect is difficult to shoot above. I will add that this is for those that need to grind a LOT of pepper such as with coarse grinds for steak, as most pepper grinders can easily fulfill the needs of light, moderate and occasional coarse grind use. ... show more
