Very pleased with how this machine runs. Good motor runs quite low vibration. Nice to have adjustable stoke and needle hang adjustment. Other than the machine and needle cartridges the rest of the kit is ok. Very comparable to some of the top of the line machines.

Absolutely love this machine. I like to use the larger strokes for lining and then I switch to the smaller strokes for shading and detail stuff. EZtattoo cartridges are always great as well. I highly recommend this for anybody who wants great versatility in their tattoo machine at a reasonable price. They have come along way with their design and ergonomic as well and this machine feels and looks like it could be a $1200 machine.

I grabbed the Filter X30 wireless tattoo machine because it had potential as a kit, however it falls short in several key areas. While the machine itself feels durable (and has some weight to it), it operates smoothly at low vibration, it comes with 2 batteries (1800mAh) which i question and doubt the runtime of. Overall the kit is lacking in completeness and value. Multiple advertised items were MISSING from my kit. For starters i was only given 10 needles (five rounds liners each size 7 and 9. I was not given any shaders and this kit advertises 20 needles.) Machine covers were not included, nor the grip tape, stencil paper, or dental bibs. So my kit arrived really incomplete. The soft carrying case it arrives in is functional but very cheaply made as it lacks the cushioning to protect the content inside. The bag of ink caps is small. The biggest letdown for me is the battery life because it states a runtime of 5-7 hours but i highly doubt you will get that especially running at high voltage. I tested mine at 7.2v and for the first 30 secs, it went from 97% charge down to 90%! Thats quite a big drop for only running it for a measly 30 seconds. The display could be a little bit brighter but it is okay. It’s easy to use, there’s really nothing fancy going on here with this kit. There is adjustable depth which is a plus but honestly at the $86 price point, this kit feels overpriced. For the items that were missing, i wouldn’t pay more than $30. Now if all the items were included, i wouldn’t pay more than $50. It’s hard for me to recommend this kit because there are way better kits out there for the same price or less that come with so much more and some of them are coreless motors too.

Received the machine today and did a retouch on an old piece someone had! Machine preformed well! The adjustable stroke is nice and I’m a sucker for OLED so that’s nice too! This should be good for beginners and seasoned artists alike!
