I had a twisting disk before, and the only thing I didn't like about the one I had was I felt it could use another inch in diameter. This product is a bit larger than my first one, and moves more freely. I love that it has the raised nodules, thereby massaging the bottom of the feet while using the disk. Also appreciate that it gently releases any tightness I may feel in my spine. I caution to please use items like this with a gentle motion, to prevent injury.
