I used the software it came with, which worked fine, but the user interface was not terribly intuitive so upgraded to Lightburn for Galvo which works great. The youtuber Laser Everything has good tutorials on how to set that up. I was pleased at how quickly it arrived and well packaged it was. Setup was literally throwing maybe 4 bolts in to mount the head. Came with tools and the software and settings are on the included usb stick. The listing didn't specify, but my unit came with the red alignment lasers as well as a port for an optional 4th axis. Feature per dollar, this is by far the best unit on amazon at the moment. Laser source is genuine Raycus and the theta lens is 200mmx200mx290FL. The lens thread is compatible with the ones from cloudray, so I picked up a 110mm f-theta lens (ASIN B07BS61JMV) on black friday (when those guys run crazy sales) and that worked out of box (you do have to update the scan area in the software). I paid this off by the end of the first week of work on it. Came with laser safety glasses, but I recommend one with a higher OD if you're planning on daily driving it. ... show more
