Looks a bit cheap, but that's because it only cost 20 something dollars. Not enough little rocks included, expect to supplement with additional rocks for a nicer look. It makes the gentle waterfall noise I like so it makes me happy.

The media could not be loaded. Perfect size for a tabletop water feature. Not too noisy and was a snap to put together. I recommend you pick up some extra rocks though. I added glass rocks to mine.

I've had this fountain for 3 months. Works great. But you do have to clean it every month or the pump gets clogged. I use soap and water and fill it with distilled water. I would definitely recommend.

This is a nice relaxing product that I have sitting in my office. The noise level is not too loud - you can't really hear the pump. It's really fun to use at night because of the color changing effect the orb has. A few things - Getting the water level right is key. Not enough water in the basin and the orb doesn't spin. Too much and one small bump causes water to slosh out of the basin. This one is obvious - keep out of pup's reach. My dog hopped up in the chair and decided she liked the fountain better as a water dish. Fountain stayed in place, surprisingly. It did not come with assembly instructions so I had to figure it out on my own. Not overly challenging, but a bit inconvenient. Getting the motor to anchor to the bottom of the basin with the suction cup feature isn't easy. Last - I love the light feature it comes with but it's kind of wasted during the day. Would be nice to be able to turn it off but still be able to use the fountain during the day. ... show more
