I recently purchased the LEVEL8 Carry on Luggage from Amazon, and I must say, I was initially impressed with its style and how effortlessly it glided on the floor. However, my excitement quickly turned to disappointment when I noticed a major flaw after just one use. The Good: The suitcase is undeniably stylish, and its smooth maneuverability made navigating through crowded airports a breeze. It also has ample space, allowing me to comfortably pack three sets of clothes and a few pairs of shoes for my trip. The Bad: Unfortunately, the issue arose when I arrived at my destination and opened the suitcase to find that the inside stitching had torn. I want to emphasize that I did not overpack the bag; it was filled with just three sets of clothes and a modest number of shoes. Given the limited use, I was surprised that it tore so easily. Possible Defect: I am not sure if I received a faulty product or if this is a common issue with this suitcase model. Nonetheless, I expected better durability, especially from a brand known for quality luggage. It is undoubtedly stylish and easy to maneuver, making it a great choice for travelers. However, the tearing of the inside stitching during the first use has left me feeling disappointed and questioning the overall quality. If you decide to purchase this suitcase, I recommend checking the stitching carefully upon arrival and being cautious with the amount of weight you pack.     • Amazing, stylish, luggage!

Luggage is very well built. I love the sleek design to it. The carry on size definitely holds enough for 1-3 days of travel. The wheels attached to the luggage roll very graciously and allow you to move in any direction without getting jammed up.

I thought maybe it was a little pricey, you know paying more for a good looking product which might not perform as well? But honestly, it’s worth every cent. I have to travel a lot for work and I’ve gotten so much value out of this little carry-on. It’s the perfect size for my typical trips and two years later it still looks great! I got it in black so I’m sure that helps but I can imagine wear and tear probably doesn’t look very bad in any of the color options. The lock is convenient, the rollers all still work, the telescoping handle is pretty much perfect still, and I only mention any of that because I’ve had issues with those things much sooner in more expensive cases whereas this one is still practically flawless. ... show more

First thoughts.. Looks great out of the box, rolls around smoothly (no weight inside) and all hardware works great. Setting the lock was easy and the interior mechanism feels good. Interior: Very simple interior - dividers for each side, one has pockets to keep smaller items organized. This is exactly what I wanted out of a small bag to gain the most space inside. No hooks to catch your clothes on either. Downside for the interior is the handle is designed in one side thus reducing interior space. Unfortunate that the handles weren't flush to the outside shell, instead they are a finger width from the cover. Exterior: Wheels look good, roll great and handle mechanism moves flawlessly. Only concern/complaint is how lightweight the outside shell was. Touching it by hand I can physically push on the material and possible could jam a pen through the case. In the chances that your bag may have to be gate checked, I'd be concern with airport handling. I was afraid to even open the bag on my own floor with concerns that I would scratch it. Overall This is a great looking bag and may suit you well for your light traveling. If you are looking for a bag that offers protection, this may not hold up in frequent travel. ... show more

Rolled this thing through the streets and subways of New York and it held up really well. Still glides like new in every direction despite all the rough asphalt roads I dragged it through. I only used it for the one trip but it certainly did the job. The only thing that could make it any better would be a sturdier handle. It feels somewhat flimsy and doesn’t work well if it isn’t fully extended out. I like how easy it was to set and change the lock combo too. Overall pretty happy with it. ... show more

    • My carry-on went through hell and back and survived!

First of all I bought so much on my 10 day trip it is amazing that with enough ingenuity I could fit most of it into this case! I guess it's rectangualar corners helped! The lock was easy to do, quality zippers, the double lined sides made stuffing (and opening) a dream and the glide is almost too great!---it will roll away from you if you let go! Handles were perfect for my 5'8" frame, and this thing took a huge beating being dragged through cobblestone and atrocious, uneven sidewalks of small towns in Mexico. I am astonished a wheel didn't break! I'm sad at how dirty the bottom got but I can clean it! If this survived THOSE streets I am confident to take it with me anywhere else in the world! I will definitely be purchasing checked bags. I paif 170 for this, twice as much as I normally wood for a carry-on but I can't be but so mad given it is so useful and durable!
