Item was on sale when I got it. This was the cheapest option among products of this type. It was wider (38 inches instead of 31), comes with a 4 inch mattress, has wheels, and could even tri-fold instead of just bi-fold. Item was really heavy so I feel bad for the delivery guy. All that said, I was impressed with the quality control of this brand. I ordered 3 for the 3 guests coming over, and all 3 were assembled flawlessly within 10-15 minutes each. Not a single one of them had a defect. This was a huge relief for us because, due to unfortunate holiday timing, we had to assemble these on the day the guests arrived, so if things didn't work out, then they would have had nowhere to sleep. I'm really glad it turned out well. We do prefer hard mattresses, and these were hard, so we liked them. It might not be for everyone... although I'd think it'd be easy enough to add a layer of padding. For a thin mattress like this over metal frame, it'd be much longer lasting to have a hard mattress. The soft kind would sag into the metal frame with weight and deform / break down sooner. Although, one thing I did like is that these also came with a black foam layer to put in between the frame and the mattress. My guess is to protect the mattress from being imprinted by the frame, so I guess even if someone does want to replace the original mattress within a softer one, they might be able to without risking to damage their mattress too much.... I liked the original mattress so it didn't matter. The black foam layer also prevents the person sleeping on it from feeling the shape of the bars of the frame so I'm really glad that they included them. Item was really easy to move around once installed, thanks to the wheels. We didn't use the shelf... didn't think we'd need them. Could use our night stand instead. Haven't had a chance to put it away yet but my plan is to just fold it in half and put a giant plastic cover over it to shield it from dust. The frame also has a handle at the head and tail of the bed to prevent the mattress from sliding. Overall, for the price, and for the quality and convenience of this as a package, I loved it. p.s. for reference, I got some twin sheets to go with these. I also got some 50 x 70 blankets for these.... If I were to do it again I might go for 50 x 80 instead to accommodate the taller guests, but 50 x 70 works nicely for me and other shorter guests.

Very well made, unlike other cots that tip over or make a lot of noise and aren't stable. This folding bed is very well made and feels very sturdy. The seller is quick to respond and provides solutions. If you're looking for a folding bed that's not too wide or narrow, sturdy, and the seller offers good customer service, buy this bed from this seller; you won't regret it. I personally use this bed daily and am very happy with how comfortable it is. I truly recommend it.

I ordered this bed because it was affordable. I managed to put it together pretty easily except two of the holes were not lined up too specific so could not tighten the screws appropriatelyotherwise good

I actually sleep on this bed every night and the bed is very comfortable. Folding it is not bad at all once you get the hang of it. Just a word of advise, the little “arm” that swivels on the foldable head/foot side, please hook it between the screw on the bottom of the mattress and the silver screw piece. Many people have complained that the bed gave out on them and slanted on them. The instructions are not very very clear for this part. I had to figure this part out.
