It's a good device. I had several shirts that got wrinkled enough that just leaving them in a steamy shower room wouldn't do anything and I hate the hassle of doing a proper ironing board. I've used handheld steamers before too and found that they were difficult with some wrinkles and could be time consuming. This is the device I had been looking for, just on one pass it completely straightened out my shirts with the vacuum power. Just be careful to keep the shirt as flat as possible when using the device!

This is my first time owning a handheld steamer so my review is NOT about a comparison between similar products but more about using a handheld steamer for the first time. With this being said, I feel this steamer is a quality product, it’s very well made and sturdy in your hand. I feel this steamer will last for many years. This steamer has the option to combine varying levels of steam and/or suction. If you just wanted the steam to flow outwards, you can turn off the suction. I used this steamer on 6 different types of garments and determined that this item is best used for modal type fabrics with some stretch in it. For super wrinkled 100% cotton fabrics that you really want a “crisp finish”, it’s best to use a regular iron with steam, on an ironing board. On a very positive note, this steamer is GREAT for quick touch ups for large, flat areas of your garment. It’s not particularly effective for detailed areas such as, collars or sleeves. By understanding this, I still have tremendous use for this item because I know how and when to best use it. Hope this helps you!

I really appreciate that this steamer has suction. It helps hold the fabric flatter while steaming. It works well for fast work on shirts, collars, seams, etc without having to need an ironing board. Its portable, and not too heavy even with a full tank. It heats up quickly, and the LED display is easy to view. The steam and suction features can be used together or separately. This is helpful for different fabrics. The water tank is fine for many garments, but would need to be refilled for a larger load of laundry. Overall, its very handy and easy for wrinkle removal. I don't bother with the iron anymore.

Super convenient and works great – I use it all the time I’ve been using this vacuum garment steamer regularly, and it’s honestly one of the most convenient appliances I own. It works great and makes getting wrinkles out of clothes quick and easy. One of my favorite features is the suction. It actually holds the fabric in place while you’re steaming, which makes it super easy to use with one hand.
