Big, heavy box arrived. No way i was getting it upstairs by myself, so i unpacked the box at the bottom of the stairs, bringing the parts up and making sure all the pieces were accounted for. Took me a couple of hours to fully assemble it...my cat was a huge help 😅 . I absolutely LOVE the simplistic style, although assembling the drawers was a true test of my sanity. Everything went together perfectly...the hardware is in a single, well labeled holder, and the assembly tool was quite useful. I needed a phillips head screwdriver for the outlet port, but no biggie. Overall, I'm very happy...happy that the foundation that we "had to buy" with our mattress is GONE and my mattress feels like it did the day we bought it. It's quiet, it's sturdy and it's simply nice.

I bought it a few months ago, took about an hour to assemble - super easy. The outlet has worked great since then. Drawers are nice for everything except for little socks because of the widespread bars. That can be fixed by putting something hard down I'm sure but I haven't got to it. Sturdy. Nice fabric. Didn't need a foundation but I bought a hybrid mattress instead of a foam. I don't know how a foam one will hold at all.

I built this mostly myself w a little help from my 12yo. I nearly panicked when the very first step of just putting the top little shelf on was way more challenging than you would think. However, it was easy after that. So don't panic lol! Just keep flipping it around and put it on the way that makes sense to you, not necessarily the instructions way. The frame pieces fit together pretty easily, don't tighten everything until you make sure it's level on the ground, you'll find some pieces are floating in the air and then you have to fix the other sides. The sense of accomplishment once it's finally together is awesome! It's very satisfying snapping the wood beams in, although I wish they were a little thicker and more sturdy. Do not jump on this bed. It does not look that supportive. But perfect for my teen. The drawers that slide and underneath are a little tricky to put together and after building the entire bed you might want to just throw everything down the stairs and give up. But keep going, you're almost there. I thought they would be very awkward sliding in and out, but with a little practice they're fine. There's not a lot of real estate under the bed and these drawers don't hold much. So if you were accustomed to having a ton of stuff crammed under there like my teen had, get ready to throw stuff away first. The gray color is very lovely and the plug on top with the shelf is super handy.

I love this bed. I don't particularly care about the basket/drawers but it is very pretty, comfortable, and convenient - I love the charging shelf! I had a minor issue with one of the buttons missing from the tufted headboard but I am the ONLY one who notices it and the seller was super nice in working with me on this. My husband and I truly love this bed.

Overall satisfied. I purchase a queen size. it’s cute and sturdy. The only downfall I would say is, it took a solid three hours to build, and I needed assistance holding things in place while I screw it in. other than that I’m really happy!

The bed in general was pretty straightforward to build and all parts were labeled, but we encountered an issue when one of the last support brackets had a defective screw hole, meaning there was absolutely no way to screw in to connect both parts. This meaning a loose support in the middle of the bed which is pretty concerning. We tried the screw labeled and all different screws provided but it was an issue with the hole in the bracket, the other bracket was completely fine and screwed in but this one bracket was defective. I build a lot of furniture and do a lot of construction work so know my way around building materials. There was no other way to secure the support to the bracket it with duct tape. I am still worried about the possibility of it falling off and the sturdiness and am contemplating a return but it’s a hassle to undo all parts already built and try to return a 80lb package. Very disappointed.

Took about 4 days to arrive. I’m the age where I feel like beds should be solid wood or metal. I had doubts on this one but it was designed very well to hold weight. It took me about 2.5 hours to put together by myself. The instructions were just pictures but was easy to put together. I loved they they included a ratchet tool instead of an allen wrench to put it together which made things much faster and easier to torque down. The bolts and nuts were easily labeled and they included extras just in case one disappeared or didn’t work. The electric plugs work great. The bed is sturdy and the drawers work well. I highly recommend this bed.

good looking bed and very practical with charging station built in the headboard. But it is tedious to assemble and can hear squeaking noises when turning in bed after just couple days of use. In general good for the price.
