Update: So it's been about two weeks since my original review was made. Since I posted the review, I've received my mattress. The frame seems to hold the weight pretty well and is study enough for my liking. I will say the frame, with the mattress atop, is still light enough to push the whole thing across the floor, should you want to rearrange furniture. All in all, I am happy enough with the frame and it meets my needs. I recommend it to anyone who has the patience to work through the assembly and is ok with the issues addressed in my original review. Original Post: Everything showed up in one big (very heavy) box. All of the pieces were wrapped in plastic, but not all of them were sealed shut in the plastic, and then the plastic was tapped to other parts to prevent movement and damage. The instructions were protected in a ziplock bag and easy to follow. One thing that I found annoying was that about 3/4 of the pieces in the box were not labeled as they should have been, based on the instructions. It took me about two hours to put everything together but I honestly think it could have been 1.5 or less if everything were labeled properly. When I started putting the frame together, it seemed like it wasn't the correct size of frame based on the parts that were there. However, I did measure it once it was standing upright and the dimensions matched the advertised numbers perfectly. The frame set only comes with two "feet", as the wings near the headboard serve as the other two feet. Weird but ok. The two plastic feet that do come with the bed are very light and seemingly cheap material. So far they are supporting the frame itself so it may work out. The staple job around the fabric seams is not great in some areas. The fabric is secure and it doesn't seem like the off areas will be stressed by normal wear so it may be ok. The lengthier sides of the frame are actually two small pieces that are to be connected with a metal brace that are joined via a very sturdy metal arm. When those sides are connected to the footboard, they aren't study in the middle and bow pretty well with the weight. After I connected those side pieces I slipped some things under them as support to prevent damage until I could get to the next step where they were connected to the headboard and the legs at that end. While I was putting the frame together, the instructions said to not tighten the screws completely until all pieces were put together and that checked out. When the frame was up and standing, I went through and tightened all of the screws and braces to be sure they were secured. I plugged in the wall adapter at this point to test the built in charger and it worked fine but doesn't seem to be a rapid charger; not a deal breaker for me. I was disappointed that the wings on the headboard weren't deeper than they are but not a reason I'd want to ship it back for. Tomorrow I will put the new mattress on the frame to see how it handles the weight and will try to remember to update my review once I can get everything situated. ... show more

My husband and I have needed a new bed frame for quite some time now, but I’ve been apprehensive to order online. We finally decided to try this one out since it was on sale and looked like exactly what we were looking for, and more! (Never expected a headboard with USB/USB-C ports, lol) Putting it together took longer than expected, just around 2 hours including the time it took to unpack everything from the box. But once it was all set up, it was exactly what we needed. Less under-bed storage space than our previous frame, but we can still fit things with a lower height under there. I’d say anything over 6 inches tall wouldn’t fit underneath. We’ve only slept on it one night so far, but already we can tell how sturdy and comfortable it is. It’s also the perfect height for someone like me, who’s only 5 feet tall and had to climb on my bed with the previous frame. This one I don’t have to climb on to get into bed, lol. Overall, the PERFECT bed frame for us! Shipping was faster than expected, too - only arrived just two days after ordering. And again, the little USB outlet thing on the headboard is a great bonus. Shopping online for a bed is so challenging because you never know what your going to get and if its even any good. But after looking and looking went with this option. And I can say 10/10 . we have this one in our master bedroom very sturdy . I have to boys on is 4 yrs old & the other is 9 yrs old. And if you have kids you know they are always invading your room lol. My 4 yr old loves to climb and the bed is still standing strong. 10/10 recommend ... show more

I never usually take the time to write reviews for products, even if I really love something, however I felt compelled to write one for this bed. I searched and searched for beds on Amazon that I felt were good quality and good price. I decided to take a chance on this one and I’m very happy that I did. It took a little while for my husband and I to put it together but it wasn’t difficult. Instructions were clear and easy to follow along. Upgraded my queen-sized bed to a 15" King mattress so I needed a new King-sized bed frame. Wanted a platform style bed frame with a padded fabric headboard with a little height (49"), and no foot-board. This bed looks beautiful in my bedroom. It is solid and the phone charger built into the headboard is convenient to use. I really love this bed frame. Having the charger cables built in is super handy and convenient. Set up was not bad all. Simple instructions anyone can DIY. I will say the brackets on the top of the headboard were a little difficult to line up to the point of me not even using them.
