  • Good gramfix card, yo
Good value card for 2024. Performs well even here in 2026. Of course, you could get bigger stronger cards but at that point money is probably less important than the best performance. I can run Minecraft with decent shaders at 30 fps. All my indie games run excellently. Have not had issues with any other titles and typically run max settings getting 60 fps with vsync. Unless you insist on maximum settings and high FPS at the same time in 2026, this one will probably do the job. Also, not super loud which is nice. It does heat my room and save on winter heating bills haha! If you don't have central air in your house, I recommend a personal AC unit for your room in the summer or you could get toasty. ... show more

  • Amazing performance
I've been using the Gigabyte RTX 3070 Windforce for a few months now and it's been a fantastic upgrade. It handles 1440p gaming with ease and even performs well at 4K in most titles. The Windforce 3X cooling system keeps temperatures low and stays quiet, even under load. I really appreciate the dual BIOS feature—it gives some flexibility between performance and silent modes. Installation was simple, and the build quality feels solid with a nice metal backplate. Overall, it's a great value for the performance, and I highly recommend it to anyone building a mid-to-high-end gaming rig. ... show more

  • Performance BABY! Performance BABY!
As a famous pirate had once said....Hello Beastie... And certainly a beast it is, this card blew my 1660 super out of the water no doubt about that, it has chewed up every single game I had thrown at it, full graphics 1080p or 1440 no problems.....now I haven't really done enough testing since I only had it for like a day, however I can certainly see a difference....and I might even be bottlenecking it too since my hardware is already on the older side, or weaker... Ryzen 5 3600 DDR 4 16gb 3000mhz Msi gaming plus b450 mobo Yeah I'm pretty sure there is some bottlenecking but so far I haven't really noticed, price was good although not quite exact, rtx 3070 at MSRP usually fetch for 499 or 550 but I got mine at $599, not totally unreasonable but I couldn't pass up the deal it was the best I was gonna get, try looking for an rtx 3070 for lower than $650 (if you're lucky) I dare you....most of the 3070s you'll see here are around 700 and above and possibly weaker (friggin scalpers).... If you are worried about LHR, just don't, that's really only meant to reduce performance for crypto-asshats, if you are going to use it for gaming you have absolutely nothing to worry about because the performance will be there.... Overall, I think there might be a shining light for us gamers as we move further ahead, my advice stay patient and be on the lookout, NEVER buy from scalpers....and if you're lucky and find a good deal, don't pass it up just grit your teeth and buy it...... ... show more

  • Worth
Been using it for 3.5 years when I got it, and It was recommended that it was good choice to buy when I was building my first custom pc. Felt smoother gameplay, games felt better to move and no issues screen tearing and it’s very quiet only hearing is the fans of the AC cooling all the time, I’m glad that got this graphics card ... show more

  • Its alright
Bought for warzone here are my thoughts on it. It was definitely an improvement but not quite as much as I hoped. Wanted 120 frames highest setting and I get about 90 consistent. Some of this may be bottle necked through my i7 processor however idk thinking it's more of the fact there wasn't enough graphics card memory for all the shaders the game requires. Overall I'd say 4 stars not the best but you'll be running your games rather smoothly ... show more

  • Belated Review - Great alternate to Quattro RTX!
This is a belated review on the video card that has served my home workstation well. I use my computer for 3D modeling for lighting design with Dialux and also drawing in 2D using BricsCAD. This is paired with a i5 Intel chip and 32gb of DDr memory. The workstation overall performs really well and I have no issues performing these tasks or other office / engineering applications. I do not do serious 3D modeling so I cannot say if this will work well with programs such as Revit or even the 3D version of BricsCAD products, but for my needs, this is a great price compared to the Quattro RTX lineup. ... show more

  • Excellent video card from gigabyte Excellent video card from gigabyte
Bought this as a upgrade from a evga geforce gtx 980 SC gpu. Obviously a massive upgrade. The 2070/3070/4070 is the cream of the crop gpu for gaming. If bought at msrp it's the best performance for your dollar. My system: Amd R5 5600x Msi mpg b550 mobo 32gb corsair vengeance pro rgb Corsair 4000D mid atx case. Evga 850 supernova psu Samsung M.2 p980 pro 1tb ssd gen 3 This gpu performs very well in all games. 1440p gpu = balanced 1080p overkill gpu 4k just enough to enjoy it at 30 fps + Over 100 fps at max setting on current triple A games on 1080p and 1440p. On some more demanding titles you'll see some decent 1% lows tho. Average around 70 to 90 fps but is able to push over 144 fps in most dx11 titles. Pros: everything stated above Cons: lack of rgb lol [ basic ] Will fit is mid tower atx case. Just have to sacrifice having a 240mm radiator aio cooler to have enough cooling. ... show more
