I love this bed! It took 2 and half hours to build with two ppl. It was rather easy to build just time consuming and felt like a lot at times. My husband is 6’4 n fits perfectly without his feet hanging off the bed. There is so much space between us so that’s great. The height is a littler lower than my last bed but rather perfect for my tiny dog to hop on. I love the outlets at the top so convenient and the headboard was perfect height for me to sit up. I got a 15 inch mattress with a 3 inch topper. Overall I’m pretty satisfied with this bed frame. The color was perfect and as described. The quality of the build is very sturdy.

I have to admit, I am pretty impressed with this bed frame. All of the pieces fit perfectly together, there was no damage to any of the pieces, and the instructions were very clear. For the price, this is a great product that was clearly built well. And it looks really nice as well.

Pros: Love this frame. When they say black, it’s JET BLACK. Exactly what I was looking for. Plenty of storage. Cons: Quality seems lacking when looking at a sturdy stand point. It’s definitely a design for visual people. The storage drawers are free standing. They’re not on tracks and they only secure with a hole and bolt which are kind of annoying to connect when closing the drawers. I live in an old house with two prong plugs so I can’t connect the power to anything so make sure you pay attention to that. Four stars for design and ease of assembly.

Someone said this bed is sturdy and boy do they mean it! Perfect for my daughter and even her dad and I to lay in it with her. The drawers are a nice storage feature and seem to hold a lot. It was fairly simple to put together my husband and I did it within 2 hours. It’s not to high or to low to the floor and looks so awesome! Def recommend! P

The frame is ok and decently designed and sturdy enough also the storage underneath is good BUT the included power station burned up and bricked my wife’s iphone permanently… luckily we were awake. Extremely unsafe and forced us to purchase a new phone. For the record we only had 2 things plugged in to the unit a smart watch and a phone using the 2 available usb ports and nothing else. Manufacturers website is not helpful and I doubt we’ll get any customer service support or compensation as I have little faith in people doing what’s right but I guess we’ll see.

Let me start by saying this bed frame is truly noise-free, and while the assembly was a bit time-consuming, it was overall pretty straightforward. That said, I did run into a few frustrating issues: 1. Some important parts were missing — specifically, the 24 plastic slat holder caps (which are key to keeping the frame silent) and the recessed power strip. 2. The manufacturer’s contact information was completely useless. The only phone number listed was out of service, and both email addresses Amazon helped me track down bounced back as undeliverable. I didn’t want to go through the hassle of returning such a large item with so many pieces already unpacked, so this was especially frustrating. I’ve reported the issue to Amazon, and hopefully they’ll update the info for future buyers. 3. There’s not much detail in the manual or product listing about replacement parts, so I had to take a wild guess and order extras just to be safe — which cost me more than necessary and delayed my build due to shipping issues. On the bright side, the parts I ended up ordering did fit perfectly, and Amazon customer service was fantastic in helping compensate me for the missing pieces and trouble. Now that it’s finally complete, the bed looks great. The drawers feel a little flimsy and will likely just be used for storing extra bedding, but it’s still nice to have the additional space. I can’t speak to its long-term durability yet — my husband and I are still a bit skeptical — but fingers crossed it holds up well! Bottom line: this is a great bed once it’s fully assembled, but take inventory as soon as it arrives, and be prepared for potential hiccups with missing parts. Hopefully your experience goes smoother than mine — but I’m still glad it worked out in the end!
