This company is the worst I have had the the pleasure of doing business with..... Abolutely horrible. They refused to offer a full refund for a return. They stated they received the package back damaged. I did not damage it, UPS did. How is that my fault I returned it in new condition using the label that they provided. It wasn't my responsibility to purchase insurance. They should be going after UPS, not the customer for this. I am mortified at the extremely poor customer service. They didn't even acknowledge that the item had been returned until I called and showed them the UPS tracking. I waited 2 weeks without a response after the item was returned and on their dock only for them to say they were not going to issue the full refund... unbelievable. I don't know how a company such as this (FENCERWIRE) can stay in business. They suck in all ways that matter to a customer.
