This chair is very reasonably priced, and for that reason the quality is as expected. It's much more supportive than the chair I had and has armrests, which I was really needing. The seat is firm, probably just a foam pad, no shape to it. The height I've been unable to adjust. The armrests handily lift up, which is nice for pushing the chair all the way under my desk when I'm done. The back as a sliding lumbar support, which does put pressure where you need it, but the back does not have any recline or adjustment to it. It's a basic chair. The fabric is nice. It went together very quickly, you won't have any issues there.

I was worried the color wouldn't be the shade shown in the picture.. it's the same shade!!! Super excited. It was easy to out together. Pro tip, don't fully tighten the armrests until after you attach the seat. The holes won't line up if the arms are fully tight. Once all the parts are together then fully tighten everything. I'm so in live with this chair. It's comfy and firm at the same time. The padding on the arms are just the right amount. I can flip up the arms and fold my legs. The lumbar support moves up and down. Which is great because sometimes I need the support a bit higher after sitting long periods. I just started a new job and it's a lot of work from home sitting and my old chair, while the seat was comfy the lumbar support was not and no padding on the arms nor could I fold my legs.

I have many positive things to say about this chair. It arrived earlier than expected, was incredibly easy to assemble, was a fantastic value, and boasts numerous wonderful features that make it a delight to sit in. However, I highly recommend checking the measurements carefully. I found the seat too short from front to back, which made me feel like I was slipping off. To ensure a comfortable fit, measure the seat cushion of a chair you already find comfortable and compare it to this chair's dimensions. Unfortunately, I had to return the chair, which was disappointing because it is a very nice chair. Nonetheless, the company was extremely accommodating and issued a refund immediately. Despite the return, I gave them 5 stars for their excellent customer service.

I work from home. My old office chair was getting worn out. I wanted one that was going to be comfortable, versatile and not to expensive. This chair meets all of those for me. The wheels are nice. This chair rolls around very easily. I’ve had chairs where the wheels don’t want to turn and it makes the chair go in a different direction than you’re trying to go. That doesn’t happen with this chair. The arm rests fold up and out of the way which I really like because sometimes it works better for me to move them. Most importantly since I sit for my job I needed a chair that is comfortable and that I can sit in for a long time and I definitely can do that with this chair. The lumbar support slides up and down increasing your ability to adjust fit and comfort. The chair can be locked in the upright position or unlocked and you can lean backward but not far enough to fall over. A tension adjustment lets you increase or decrease the amount of tilt resistance. Finally the chair is easy to assemble. I didn’t use the tool provided; I used my own which made putting the chair together that much easier. I’ve had this chair for a few months now and am very happy with it at this point.

I knew this was the chair for me when I saw it. It's hard to find a chair that sits low enough to the ground that a short person (5'2") can sit without dangling their feet. And then I saw the flash sale price and went for it. The box arrived damaged. It also seemed like it had been opened and repackaged at some point, and the parts were all there but wrapped...oddly in their wrapping. Something had scuffed the foot part, and I was willing to put up with it because it was just a matter of time until my own feet scuffed it...but then I saw the big gouge in the seat cushion and my heart dropped. I live in a small town, and Amazon returns of large items are kind of unfeasible for me. So I knew I'd be stuck with this chair. There is no option for "account credit" through this transaction. Be mindful of the seller's return/exchange policy. That said, the instructions were great and assembly went smoothly. It's just the damaged parts that left a bad taste in my mouth. I recommend that you DON'T buy this chair unless you're in a part of the world where you can easily drop this off at a return center, should the need arise.

The chair is very nice and was easy to assemble. The hardware pieces were nicely labeled and a few extra pieces were supplied. No tools were needed other than the supplied hex key wrench. The instructions were easy to follow and everything lined up perfectly. The chair is not huge but is still very comfortable. It has simple, clean lines and is just what I was loooking for.
