This was a 2-pack of supports for bird feeders. They were supposed to be 72 inches total length. When I assembled them one was shorter than the other. One had three straight pieces 15" long between the top and bottom pieces, and one had one 15 inch piece and two 12 inch pieces between the top and bottom pieces. I had a piece of paper asking me to email if there was any problem and that an email would be messaged to me in Amazon messages, but there was no such message. I don't really want to return both since one is good, and I saw no way to ask for the correct parts, so the only way I can address this problem is in this product review. I wasn't able to locate the BR40 bulbs at Lowes and decided to search here on Amazon. After comparing several, went with these that offered the soft light versions! Received quickly and replaced some old indoor flood lights that burnt out. These have been a great replacement!! Matched the temperature of my existing lights, same warmth (light) and color. Glad I got these. For LEDs these should also hopefully last much longer than the incandescent ones I had. Adding this to my future order list, when needed. ... show more
