As someone new to videography, the Feelworld P6XL has made shooting videos much easier and less stressful. Before using an external monitor, I relied solely on my camera’s small screen, which sometimes felt limiting and distracting. This monitor made it much easier to monitor my footage and camera settings while filming. Out of the box, the P6XL has an amazing build quality and seems solid enough to be taken outdoors and to take some beating. Apart from the monitor itself, it came with a good amount of accessories, mount, cables, and a sun hood. I’m currently using it with my Sony A7S II, and setup was as simple as plugging it in and getting started. It worked right away as soon as I turned it on. The first thing that impressed me was the screen brightness. When I tested it outdoors in direct sunlight, I could easily see my image, check exposure, and confirm focus, but only on 100% brightness, which can drain the battery fast, and increased the temperature rapidly, which was compounded by the warm weather. The screen is highly reflective as well. The sun hood blocks the light from the top and sides but not from in front of the screen. Feelworld could potentially sell matte screen protectors for this or that’s not a videography thing? The touchscreen controls are intuitive, with quick swipe gestures for brightness and volume, while the menu system is easy to navigate. One feature I immediately looked for was the composition grid. Since I rely heavily on grids for framing my shots, I was happy to find them quickly thanks to the user-friendly interface. Although I’m still learning many of the more advanced video tools, the monitor feels approachable and beginner-friendly. I also appreciate the built-in battery, which keeps my setup simple and portable. For longer shoots, it’s reassuring to know that I can power it using an external battery pack or V-mount battery through the usb-c cable. Overall, the Feelworld P6XL is an excellent monitor for beginners looking to improve their video work, while also being a solid option for professionals who want an affordable primary or backup monitor. It has helped me become more confident with focus, framing, and exposure, making the learning process much more enjoyable.

I’ve been using Feelworld monitors for a while now and the P6XL is a significant step up. Coming from the FW568 the screen quality and battery performance alone make it worth it. Having a built in battery is a game changer because you’re not dealing with extra cables or external power on location. The 6 inch 4K touch screen is bright enough to use outdoors which was one of my biggest needs shooting fitness content. Nailing focus off your camera’s built in flip screen gets old fast and this solves that completely. The LUT imports, HDR monitoring, and waveform tools are all genuinely useful and not just spec sheet filler. Sun hood and hot shoe mount are included which saves you from hunting down accessories separately. Setup is straightforward and it just works. If you shoot solo or do any kind of run and gun content this monitor makes your whole setup more reliable. Highly recommend.

As a content creator, the FeelWorld P6XL has been a very useful monitor in my workflow. The image quality is excellent, with sharp details and good color reproduction, making it great for monitoring shots while filming. It’s compact, easy to use, and performs well overall. However, there is one noticeable issue: the battery indicator doesn’t seem properly calibrated. Sometimes it shows 0% even after being charged, and other times it drops quickly from 100% to around 40%, which makes it hard to trust during longer shoots. Another downside is that the monitor can only be charged using its proprietary cable, which limits flexibility compared to more universal charging options. Because of these battery issues, I’ll be returning the unit. I hope FeelWorld addresses this problem in future revisions, as I’ve seen other users reporting similar behavior. The monitor has great potential, but this issue needs to be resolved.

I’ve been using the Feelworld P6XL monitor on my cinema rig and I’m honestly really impressed with it. The brightness of the screen is excellent, which makes a huge difference when shooting outdoors or in bright environments. Being able to clearly see exposure, focus, and framing without struggling against glare is a big advantage. One of my favorite features is the built-in battery. Not having to deal with extra battery plates or swapping batteries constantly keeps my setup cleaner and more efficient when I’m filming. Feelworld also does a great job with the accessories they include. The monitor comes with a mount, Velcro strap, cables, adapters, a protective case, and a sun hood, so you basically have everything you need right out of the box. That’s something a lot of brands charge extra for. The battery life has been solid, the screen performs well, and overall the monitor feels like a great value for the price. If you’re looking for a reliable, bright on-camera monitor that comes fully equipped, I’d definitely recommend the Feelworld P6XL.

Best camera monitor on the market! The 1200-nit screen is genuinely usable in direct sunlight. The built in battery is a great touch. The durability is great, definitely not a cheap build. Touchscreen is snappy, LUT previews and waveform tools are reliable, and USB-C top-offs is an amazing accessory. For the price, a total no-brainer. Highly recommend for any videographer.

I use video monitors on a regular basis for my video productions. This is the first Feelworld monitor I have been able to try out! I have to say, I am very pleased with this monitor. It has everything I need in a monitor: - Touch screen - Bright screen - Waveform - False color - Vector scope - 3D LUT Storage This monitor offers a lot more, but these are the features I use the most. Compared to my other monitors, the P6XL is by far the most practical in terms of size. The built in battery means this monitor is exceedingly thin compared to monitors that require an external battery. Without an external battery, I can fit this monitor in the places I wished I could place my other monitors. The build quality is great. The aluminum housing feels great and is a huge plus for me. I also appreciate that this monitor comes with all the accessories you would need. Cables, adapters, sunshade, and even a mini hot shoe mount. All-in-all, I think this monitor offers great value at this price point.
