The media could not be loaded. I like the 304 stainless steel. Fingerprint resistant. I was able to easily wipe clean after assembly with dirty hands. Great water pressure. easy to install. Build quality looks great, the finish and materials are nice. Handle moves smoothly and neck rotates well. The sprayer head does not have a magnetic latch, but the counter weight is heavy so may not be an issue.

The on/off-hot/cold nozzle just fell off 30 days after installing, so just one month of use. You can see the that it was poorly soldered and became weak very quickly. Also, the black paint is already starting to chip off. We activated the warranty right after we purchased it so I emailed the company but have not yet heard back. ... show more
