Perfect
Set name: 14000 BTU
It is as described. Cools quickly and works perfectly. Very easy to set up.

Pretty Easy to Set Up.
The air conditioner was relatively easy to assemble and set up. The size isn't too big and easy to move. It did take the edge off of the heat but ran constantly and didn't cool further away from the unit. The controls are soft touch and nice.

Easy and cool
Set name: 12000 BTU
Easy to install, very nice at cooling our bedroom at night. I’ve only had it a day so can’t speak on reliability. Noise level to me is fine but I like the sound of a fan running when I sleep.

Affordable but be careful
this AC is small and easy to install, but it has an issue. When you set the sleeping mode the light just go away but it's keeps making the same noise as when using it as normal...... it's really noisy during the night

Not impressive
Set name: 14000 BTU
Doesn't cool very well especially since even with the enclosed velcro wrap for the hose the hose puts out as much heat as the unit cools
